The food does not stick to the liner and no matter what I am cooking it seems to help the food have a little more crunch and not come out mushy. Description indicates these are 8 inch liners. I measure about 7 3/4" across the inside bottom. Paper is thin. They do fit the Nutrichef 5.8 quart "basket" / bowl ok. Some users talk about the liner being blown out of position by the fan. One way of dealing with this with the Nutrichef 5.8 quart Air Fryer would be to place one liner below the metal grate and one above the grate and stapple the two together. NOTE: I would recommend the "long side" of the staple being on the outside, not as shown in pic 2, but as indicated on pic 3 to reduce the chance of the staple starting the paper on fire. NOTE / WARNING if using this method, account for all staples before consuming / serving food. ... show more

Oh, my goodness—how did I resist these for so long? Thought I didn’t need them—was just being lazy for not wanting to clean after making burgers or pork chops… But then I used my air fryer less and less. Got these, tried twice, LOVE! At the end of cooking, the mess is GONE, neatly deposited into my trash can without a lot of wiping and getting greasy. LOVE! I also had read from others not to put them in before adding the meat. Thanks for the heads up! I put the meat on the liner, then lifted it carefully and set it in my fryer when it was ready. ... show more

No leaking of liquids when used, these are wonderful to cook with and keep the fryer basket clean. The edges will tend to bend in if there isn't food in the corner to weigh it down, but that is to be expected. We use these all the time, on our second order!
