This bag pack is as close to a perfect fishing back I’ve even gotten. Really solid and cleverly built and looks great, while having tons of storage space without feeling bulky and heavy. For this price it’s everything and more you can ask for. Second to none honestly. Love the tactical look too as opposed to some other bags with crazy colors etc. If they make another version I have a few things I would like to see changed/added and would be willing to pay extra for that. Again at this price point this bag is perfect but here some suggestions: 1) Molle straps feels on the cheaper end and would like a more sturdy implementation as with a typical tactical molle strap system. 2) when loaded the bag kinda fold in on itself. Would be great if the bag had some support elements built into the “frame” to keep its form (EDIT: there's actually room for two additional 3600s in the bottom compartment. So 6 in total, and it actually stabilizes the back really well too!) 3) it tends to fall over when it’s sitting upright and you’re pulling stuff in/out of the bag. 4) would be great with some smaller inside zipper compartments in the top main compartment. 5) small waterproof zipper compartment in shoulderstraps for papers, license, phone etc would be nice. 6) clip straps underneath the bag to carry landing mat/net etc. 7) compartment on the bag for a water hydration bladder with straw. 8) a few more D-rings around the bag to attach gear with carabiners etc. (metal instead of plastic rings would be awesome) Just a few suggestions. But again this is a really really great bag already and goes nicely with Kastking pliers and telescopic landing net that fits right into the fillet knife slot on the side. ... show more

KastKing put in everything you need, and even things you didn't know you did in this Bag. There is a Secret Cup Holder, Sunglass, Secure wallet/ license / passport type pocket. So... many pockets and Tie downs too. Materials (Thick and Quality) Zippers have nice pulls ( could be heavier but more than adequate) Pockets ( Lots and lots soft interior where needed) The overall quality is great. The bag comes with 4 - 3600 Tackle boxes. The movable interior divider could allow you to fill the entire bag with boxes if desired. Plier/Knife and Sunglass compartments are handy. 2 Rod holders and a Fillet Knife holder which double to hold another pole. The interior top compartment will comfortably fit a light jacket, fishing shirts, bagged lunch and even little more. You can strap down anything as design with the Molle strap system. The breathable back padding, padded shoulder and Sternum straps make it an easy comfortable carry. Remember this is Tackle Pack not a Heavy Carry Tactical Backpack. If you are comparing this to them, then spend the $450 on a Mystery Ranch Tactical bag. On Topic. This is a great bag, with great features at a great price ! Just recently retired my old fishing bag due to outgrowing it, and this one is an excellent replacement. It’s got so much space, I can’t even fill it up yet. It’s got so many pockets, makes organization an absolute breeze. The tackle boxes are really great, they’ve got removable dividers, and feel well made. I can’t wait to take this bag camping/fishing. This may very well replace my camping bag too. My two (very minor, almost insignificant) gripes are the d-rings on the front being made of plastic, and the velcro attachment area of the pliers pocket being kinda weak sauce. Overall, this is a GREAT pack. I really love it. The storage capacity is unprecedented by comparison to other packs. I gave this 4 stars because, while the pack does offer insane convenience for storage, if you use the bottom portion to stack your tackle trays, they are somewhat difficult to get to if you're set up on slanted rocks at a reservoir or fishing off of an ocean jetty. The next part is, the 2 rod holders with the black straps work for baitcasters but they're more accomodating for spinning gear. They still work, and fit my rods comfortably, but the velcro straps are more difficult to get around the handle depending on where the reel ends up. You've gotta play with it and figure out what works. The 3rd rod holder on the other side works a bit better for a baitcaster, though. Otherwise, I really do love this pack. One thing they should add is a camelback for water. They give you a cup or bottle holder but honestly, a camelback would be so much more convenient. ... show more
