I love that this fountain came with the control timer. If you have an outlet beside your pond then the hard work is over. I had to wire up a circuit to mine, easy for me but some should consider a professional. Once that was in my wife dragged it out to the middle of the pond on the SUP and dropped 2 blocks in the water for mooring. Then we plugged it in and enjoyed the fountain. The media could not be loaded. It came in a pretty large heavy box and and first it’s a little overwhelming, but just follow the directions and lay everything out on a flat surface and you will need someone to help you bring it into the pond and get it nice and stable. Extremely easy to install fountain motor to float system! The instructions are easy to read and follow, you can actually look at the picture and follow the steps of bolt and washer assembly. Very easy to float in center of pond using the provided nylon ropes.

I've had this fountain for 3 years and it is such a joy. A few days ago it started struggling so I unplugged it. The warranty was off but Pondliner (the seller) gave me Kasco's customer service number. Emily was great!! She asked several trouble shooting questions, and since the power supply was good, she suggested I take the top bowl off and look inside for debris. Sure enough, a small stick washed in during a recent downpour (or the ducks that sit on it stuck it in there). I pulled out the stick, put the cover and bolt back in, and it was just like new. I highly recommend this fountain and Kasco in general---GREAT customer service!!!! ... show more
