The hour cards seem to get stuck. When left running, it will appear like the same hour has repeated for two hours. The cards kind of hang off too, then eventually fall as they’re supposed to, due to pressure of the incoming cards. Sometimes, lightly smacking the clock helps the card fall into place, but no amount of troubleshooting is helping this consistently tell time accurately. So disappointed and can’t even return it. It says there’s a 1 year warranty but no info on how to claim. ... show more

this is NOT a full 24 hour clock as shown and it is incorrectly made. starting at midnight it reads 0000, then 0100 am, 0200 am, 0300 am, …..up to 1100 am and then it says 1200 am ( should be either just 1200 or 1200 pm, not am ), then 1300, etc etc. don’t the people who make clocks know that after 11 am comes 12 pm, not 12 am ? very sloppy. i have put black electrical tape on both of the 12 hour flips to cover the am as for an hour after the 11 o'clock hour in the morning it shows the wrong time of day! ... show more

Love the design, but 4 cards in the wheel arrived with broken tabs to keep them in place on the wheel.
