So, this is my fifth infrared sauna in 20 years. They have all been considered a 1/2 person sauna. The fact is that with heavy use they just do not last too long. Some last longer than others. I will give you my impressions after my 1st use. 1. It is really small and short. You are very close to the front glass. I'm almost 6 feet and a 2x guy and it is just at the tolerable level. 2. Cause it's small it heats up fast. 3. No button but bluetooth comes on automatically 4. Very interesting stone type thing for your feet that you can turn on or off 5. Door heater...pretty cool 6. EASIEST TO ASSEMBLE AND LIGHTEST SAUNA EVER- any dude and any woman with good upper body strength can put this together. Took me longer to unbox it and transport it to my man cave that assemble it. 7. Decent Quality Cons: 1. Only goes to 140... I like 145 better 2. Temp gauge is not very accurate. Hits 140 and shuts off. Drops to 134 before turning back on. I just squeeze the thermometer with my fingers and it fools it. 3. If you are a smaller guy and a normal sized woman you are good to go. Tall dudes or if you have long legs...do not buy. I have a longer torso and shorter legs and my knees are almost at the door. You will be really uncomfortable. The truth. I needed a sauna to last a year or two and throw away when we move and I just don't like sitting in other peoples sweat at the Y. So I bought this and it is ok. However, my last two saunas have been Dynamic Saunas from Costco and their customer service and ultra low emf are excellent. I used theirs every day, literally beating them up and they last 5 years, and I am hard on them as I sweat a lot. Once I hooked my Dynamic up to a generator when the power was out and blew the board. (yes, I am an idiot but I was bored, my wife has informed my of my idiocy! haha) They sent me a new board even after I told them it was may fault! If you want one that lasts, if you only use it a few times a week, they will last forever. Also Dynamic saunas ships for free. I think you can get them on Amazon as well. Huge Tip for Sauna Use- get the wooden backrests. If you sweat on the wood of the sauna protecting your back it will rot and eventually shock the crap out of you...like it did me. If you have a heater in the bottom use a cheap towel to soak up your sweat cause if you get the wood above the floor wet enough it will transmit electricity ... and shock the crap out of you like it did me! 4/26/23" After contacting support and lengthy discussion all features were working. The app download was confusing but was resolved. I did have to buy an adapter to play music since my phone has no auxiliary port. The customer service was timely, pleasantly presented, and eventually resolved my problems/questions. Updating instructions would resolve much confusion. The manufacturer did issue a credit for the inconvenience which was commendable. The product is nice and I expect to gain some enjoyment and health benefits, especially for my allergies. I cannot get the sauna to heat up to temp. It will not go to the F setting and is stuck on Celsius and won't go above 40. The digital read out says 65 but it keeps reverting to 40 and does not heat up. The instructions show the radio buttons for heat and vice versa. Obviously, someone got mixed up between the Chinese and English. The book may as well be written in Chinese as it is useless. The sauna went up quite quickly and was easy to put together. Arrived timely and without damage. However, not applicable since the unit does not heat up right. Ugh... ... show more

So...right off the bat... Interior is 6' 2". I'm 6' 245lb. This two person corner unit is a space saver but limits the interior space if youre a bigger person. Everything arrived safely packaged and unpacking definitely takes longer then building. 45 minutes to build with Two people. It does have the colored chromotherapy lights. It has a white interior And one white exterior light. Two Bluetooth speakers that are more then adequate. A foot plate that warms your feet as well as legs, and back. I've used it a handful of times. Takes about 30 minutes or so to warm up.. definitely hits 149°. I used four blocks of 2x4's in the corners to hold up the roof while I pushed the molex connectors together. Very easy to build. Expect three separate boxes to arrive weighing around 100 pounds or so each. Also grab a few trash bags for packaging materials !! I cannot speak to efficiency nor longevity but I will update in a few months. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This gorgeous sauna arrived on time and in 3 large boxes, with the help of my husband we got it into the house and down to my basement home gym. I was able to unbox it by myself and get most of it assembled my myself, then my husband helped me with the heavy front door and the top. Each piece fit together with ease and once plugged in to a regular 110 household outlet it turned right on. All the control features work well and I quickly tested the bluetooth to get my music rolling. I have waited a lifetime to have a home spa and gym and it is finally a reality. Honestly couldn't be happier. Easy to assemble and got up to temp fast. I even bought an EMF meter with it and it was around .01-.03 at the highest so absolutely no worries there. Great service! Shipper delivered damage panel. I told them about and they immediately sent me a new one quickly. Once got new panel installing is a breeze 20 minutes tops! Sauna gets upto 149 degrees. Very happy I purchased from them!!
