The media could not be loaded. I got this computer for my daughter who is becoming a pretty serious gamer. The specs were very impressive in a nice compact size at a price that doesn’t break the bank. We are very happy with it. Setup: The computer came packed in a very nice box and was well protected. In the box, there was the computer, power supply and an HDMI cable. All you need in addition to get going is a monitor(s) and keyboard/mouse. Speakers are optional but pretty necessary for gaming. I had the computer connected and running in just a minute or 2. From there, it takes maybe another 5-10 minutes to run through the Windows setup screens. The process was very smooth and I did not encounter any problems. Performance: This computer is very well powered and will be suitable for lots of gaming. It boots up very quickly and is able to run all the games my daughter plays with ease. The graphics are very smooth on all the games we tried. I don’t think we ever saw the CPU rise above 50% when playing any games. When the computer is not working hard, the fan slows/stops and the computer is silent. When playing games, the fan will kick on but it’s still pretty quiet. Especially for a gaming PC with this power. We also tried running it through a dock connected to the USB C port and connected to 2 monitors. Both ways worked well and it recognized the dock automatically. Aesthetic: This is a very compact computer that looks very nice sitting on the desktop. It has nice multicolor LEDs on the case that you can change with an app. It also has a nice power button/knob. Pushing the button allows you to turn the computer on/off. Turning the knob gives you 3 modes (Silent, Auto and Performance). The unit is 6” tall, 5” deep and 2.5” wide. Overall: We are very happy with this PC and would definitely get it again. It does everything we need with lots of room to grow. I’m sure it will be useful for many years to come. ... show more

We ordered two of these last year (sept 2023) and have been using them continuously since. They were purchase mainly for playing video games and entertainment purposes. They do pretty well with a lot of games but not absolutely everything, which we didn't expect at this price. I have a few hiccups with some games and have to lower my settings sometimes, but overall they're pretty decent. We did have an issue with one of them this month (feb 2024) where the unit wouldn't power on. We contacted customer support through Amazon (going through the company's actual website is useless so just go straight to amazon and ask them to help you get in touch with the seller if you need support). They put us in contact with the seller through Amazons messaging system and we spoke with Camellia who helped us ship back the unit that wasn't working. Immediately after they received the non-functioning unit, they shipped a new computer to us. I was very impressed with the customer service we received, there was no haggling involved, they just took care of us quickly. you're probably not going to find a computer at this price point that is as good as this one has been imo. additionally it's compact size makes it easy to find room for or transport and they run pretty quietly, and set-up was easy. overall i recommend it as long as it's understood this isn't comparable to the really high end gaming computers so keep your expectations realistic in that regard. They claim that they will respond within 24 hours, but 2 weeks and 3 messages later, no response. The phone number listed on their website is inactive.
