    • Nice Wireless Android Auto adapter and more ... but maybe too much?
I was interested in this because it expanded on just being a wireless adapter for Android Auto. It seems to be running a lean android engine that connects to the car display with a protocol similar to Carplay. This allows it to run a full software layer on top of the Carplay and AA functionality. Works okay. Connectivity is painfully slow, videos take forever to load. I'm a little concerned where the YouTube and Disney Plus apps came from. There's no App store, so I'm not sure these are official apps and I'm not sure I trust my credentials on them. The mirror mode does work, but again is delayed by 10 seconds or more, making it not very useful. The wireless AA mode works fine, however you have to go through the whole process of booting and then selecting AA mode on the menu to get it working every time you start your car. ... show more

This is not my first Kaming product. They produce well made products that work. This product is no different. For those who need this kind of product for streaming to their radio, it works well and setup is easy. It is intuitive and easy to navigate. So far this has been a great Carplay adapter.

Worked great for about 1 day, and then now it resets every time. Frequently loses the connection and then cannot be reset. Also very sluggish on the regular screen. Loaded with features, but wish it worked every time.

This KAMING 3 in 1 Wireless Carplay Adapter with Netflix, YouTube, World TV, and Prime Video does have a lot of access to these paid services and more. It has great bells and whistles. It is expensive. One huge disappointment for me , when I use my car steering buttons command, the carplay shuts down and reboots. I have 2022 Subaru WRX and I use iPhone CarPlay. It does works on your TV flawlessly, you do need to be familiar with how to use these things. I wish it works when connected to your tablet or laptop. For the price paid I do wish every bells and whistles works flawlessly, but it does not. ... show more

We tried to get to work with my husband's car, followed all instructions, but just couldn't get it to work :( I could have been the car itself, so I'm not dogging the product, but also can't give a real review either :(

    • Works as intended but with minor issues
Everything advertised about this product works ! The mirroring is great, YouTube works and live tv is exceptional. The main issue I have with it are the irregularities in connectivity and frequent switches from CarPlay to Bluetooth which I’ve had to manually restart to allocate accordingly. Overall this is still a 4 star product to me and I’m very pleased with it ... show more

This is a wonderful adapter. It is great for long rides so my daughter can watch shows while I drive. Since I have two screens in my car, I do wish that one screen would have the adapter stuff and the other could show my maps.

I try it, it didn’t work for me, and in top of that price is too much. In my recommendation I will tell you look at the prices, there’s a lot better for less.
