This is a decent pickleball set if you're just starting out in the game. The paddles are nice looking and function just fine. They are a tad bit heavier than a nicer set of paddles we already own. The outdoor balls that are included do look a little cheap to me. They aren't as nice as some outdoor balls we already own. Overall, OK for beginners, but you might be disappointed if you're a serious pickleballer. If you're not sure if you want to play like a while or not this is cost effective way to figure it out. The paddles are decent but the poles are not "official" USAPA balls. However this is a great way to figure out if you're into the game or not at all and then if you like it you can invest in better paddles and balls. ... show more

I was struggling to figure out which paddles to buy (beginner - just play recreationally with friends) - my sister recommended these and I’m glad I got them! They are pretty sturdy and get the job done. Great value with the balls & bag as well, makes it very easy to travel with!
