I do follow Jim Stoppani and his workout / nutrition tips. However that doesn't justify selling dextrose at $10/lb when you could get the same non-gmo quality for $3/lb from NOW sports. It's just dextrose, as simple as that. The flavor is good but I'd rather get flavorless and mix it with my post workout protein or throw it in with some real fruit and make a super sweet smoothie. Way too many calories for my liking but I do a half serving and I find the results are still great. I workout high intensity, long-cardio events 5-6x a week so when I ran out of my old post workout carb matrix (ON 211), I felt it like a ton of bricks. This is my first go at Jym products and I'll stick with it for now. I'm reordering so I guess that tells you it's good enough. ... show more

I took the picture as soon as I opened the package, how on earth does the powder leak out? And then it took me about 5 minutes to open it because all the loose powder wedged in to the gaps and wouldnt even Budge... I was twisting and turning and finally it opened. the inner protective seal was barely glued on. No wonder the powder leaked out. I spoke with amazon, and they were very understanding and they gave me a refund. ... show more
