This cabinet shipped fast and arrived in 5 days. It was well packaged for shipping and arrived with out any damage. All of the pieces were well labeled with numbers or letters and the directions for putting it together are easy to follow pictures. It did take 2 of us to put it together and about 3 hours. All of the screw holes were pre drilled and aligned perfectly. It was one of the easiest pieces we have put together. I love the black color and the wood grain that shows. Compared to other entertainment stands I’ve built in the past, this one is MUCH easier and can be done within 60 - 90 minutes. When you’re done, you’ll realize that the look and style is impressive despite the cheap material used. I should note that when I first got the package, there were several punctures and holes in the shipping box, which ultimately led to a corner being pretty damaged and the damage was very noticeable even from far away. So I messaged customer service and told them the issue. I had great experience with them, as they offered either a partial refund or to ship out a new product (no returns needed). The shipping box for the replacement product still came with holes in it, but thankfully there was no damage to the interior itself. ... show more

I love the way this looks. It takes time to ensemble and had multiple pieces. The box was slightly damaged and one of the woods had a small chip and a squeezed corner. Overall, I like the way it looks and it goes with my home decor.

When I opened package to assemble it I noticed one of the main pieces #2 sticker the big board had damage but since my room addition took longer to finish I could not assemble the unit when I received it and once I did it was too late to return plus that was a big package to return. What I dislike: this same company sells this same piece for $169 on another site, but this color is not available. There are 7,000,000 pieces. If you’re impatient like me, just wait until someone else can help you build so it goes faster. What I like: everything else! It’s cheap, but doesn’t look It. It’s sturdy. It’s heavy. Minimal glass, which is great when you have small children but still want something with glass because it looks nice. All pieces were present. All pieces were flawless. No scratches. No dents. Instructions could’ve been a little more detailed, but they were straight forward enough that I built this on my own with help from my husband or any mistakes. I do wish this company had a matching console table. I love the look and feel of the white and black wood. Very nice. I would certainly recommend! ... show more
