Edited: while still not my favorite product the costumer service is great and very responsive if you run into any issues. Seller was responsive when we received a defective part but still would not purchase again and would definitely return if shipping wasn’t so expensive. This is not our first trampoline, our last was too big for our new space. Couldn’t believe the net has to be hand sewn on this doesn’t feel safe. Skip this and pay a little more for something nicer. ... show more
