The box came in was not secured closed so I'm thinking it was a return and not checked and taped closed and the outside box was torn open and looked into before delivered, I brought it in as soon as it was delivered. Enough RAM and space on the SSD for more than the average internet surfer. The 14" size is the right size for portability in my opinion.
