Packaged well & if you can’t find all the pieces, they’re hidden in the zippers on the underside. As other reviews have noted, it’s small (but I checked the listed measurements and it’s accurate). It fits perfectly in our closet as a settee & we have used it as a guest bed (with a foam topper), but that won’t work for anyone tall (our guest is 5’5”). Pleather seems durable so far (my kids destroy everything and they haven’t managed to ruin this yet… but we have only had it a few months). I deducted 1 star since the stitching around the built-in cupholders was crooked so you can see a bit of the lining. Also, the corners of the material could have been assembled differently to make all the seams blind… Still, a great value and I would buy again. This product is PERFECT for first-timers moving into an apartment or home. I love how easy the product was able to be assembled and how quickly it took place. Perfect for a living room, bedroom, and even salon. The cupholders are the best feature of this product! This sofa futon sits like 6” off the ground and the cushion is only like 3” thick. It might work in a kids room but if any adult sits on it your knees are up around your head when sitting. The cushions always fall off the sofa while seated. Also, if you are or your guest is over 5’5”, there legs will hang off the end. Also, not comfortable to lay down. This is so misleading. Also, if you get it and don’t like it, you have to pay the shipping to return it and the thing weighs like 50 lbs, so it could cost $150 for postage. Also, the futon will never fit back in the original box. We put it together, realized it was way to small for a couch for us and attempted to return. This is a 3rd party and not an Amazon product so when we tried return it. They apologize d but said they don’t pay returns if we don’t like it. I told them it was too small and they said sorry and we would have to pay for all postage back which will be hundreds of dollars. If I had it to do again, I would go to a brick and mortar store and buy a futon being that these are soooo misleading. I am 100% not happy with this. ... show more

Smaller than expected you can easily move the armrest there’s no Velcro or anything to hold it down so it knocks down a lot. Also the middle cupholders don’t fully go into the couch so when you’re laying on it, it’s really hard and uncomfortable. The material is really nice and easy to put together not heavy. Wow. After cursing and struggling my way through building 4 other pieces of office furniture with all those weird and cheap Ikea knock off parts, this beast arrived in its gigantic box. Fearful perhaps I engaged a noodle armed friend to help me hump it up some stairs to my office. I slid it into place and let it lie fallow for a week or so. Arming myself to the teeth with a full bag of Dewalt tools, a gallon of black coffee and other unmentionable items, I went to the office in the dead of night to battle the thing. It took literally 15 minute tops to put together. All you had to do was screw on the feet. Now, of course, one foot could only take 3 of 4 screws because something was off about the frame, but hey...it worked! Comfort? Meh, it's alright I suppose but I haven't yet used it for sleeping or having an illicit office romance so I can't say how it will work out in those situations. However it does look nice and imho well worth the ducats. ... show more

Very easy setup, unfortunately during setup the material wore off in some corners. Not happy about that. It is really cheap, so I am not surprised. The other issue is it’s super low and hard to get in and out of. Overall for the money it’s decent looking, and better than expected. Not going to use in my waiting room because of the ridiculously small size. Only buy if you’re a cheapskate like me! ... show more
