The magnetic handle part and fps mode base are both great. However, I took out the wrist lanyards on the handle parts by screwing out two screws on the side that connects to the controller. I didn’t really want them on it all the time because it tended to get in my way. I might use them for something else though. The handle parts have these strong magnets that keep it together no matter how hard you shake it. They’re also strong enough to pick up one half of the controller or the other. Detaching them might seem a bit difficult at first, but if you wiggle them a little while pulling on them, they will come apart. I have big hands and the handle parts make playing with the detached controllers 10 times more comfortable. If I want a solid support for button spamming, I just put them together and they become one. If I want to relax a bit, I just pull them apart and put my arms wherever I want! They also give you support for pressing the back buttons in detached mode as well. Without them, it’s like I’m uncomfortably fondling a bar to press them. It also covers the connector pins, protecting them from damage and stops them from pricking your fingers. I used to hate that. I mainly got it because of the controller connector part, but the fps base is amazing too. It’s far better than the one included with the go. On the bottom, there’s a cap you swap with the right thumbstick cap, making it easier to hold and even doubling as a button (it stops the right stick from moving which basically turns it into a button you can map to something) It also fits with the handle part so those pins don’t prick your hands while you use it. I love it compared to the original, so much that I’m more inclined to use it! I may be stingy, but the reason I gave it only 4 stars instead of 5 is because I think the handle parts are a bit too narrow when attached together. Sometimes my fingers get in each other’s way. I can get around this by just detaching them, but when I detach them, my grip is less stable for the button spamming as I mentioned. I don’t like using them detached for fighting games for this reason. If they were twice as wide, I’d have no problems whatsoever. It would also be nice if they could attach to the sides of the go without removing them, but that would make it wider and too big to fit in most cases for it, so it’s fine. I also wished the wrist lanyards were easier to remove. I didn’t like having to get a screwdriver just to remove them. Overall, I really like these two. I don’t know about the silicon grip though. That part seemed useless to me so I didn’t get it. That aside, for $20, I think you’d like this. ... show more
