I've never installed a screen protector before, let alone one with an anti-glare coating, but this worked like a charm in all aspects. Installation was foolproof - the package came with a 3-step screen cleaning kit, a perfectly-sized guide frame, and a backup screen protector for redundancy. Following the instructions, I got it placed flawlessly on my screen first-try with very little fuss. I was concerned about the protector affecting image quality, but once I put it on it looked great. The screen seems to blur the pixels together slightly which is not a bad thing at all. I *slightly* increased the brightness and saturation to compensate and was very satisfied. Overall, the anti-glare effect is also a great quality-of-life addition. The screen is now not as much of a fingerprint magnet as before and the image isn't as affected by environmental light. However, I encountered a slight problem with the plastic guiding frame during installation, leading to a less-than-perfect fit in one corner. Despite this, I still highly recommend this screen protector for its anti-glare functionality, with a word of caution regarding the guiding frame. First and foremost, the screen protector itself is of excellent quality. It effectively reduces glare, allowing for a clear and vibrant display. I was impressed with how it minimized reflections and provided a more comfortable viewing experience. Additionally, the surface is easy to clean, and fingerprints are minimal, maintaining the screen's pristine appearance. I bought the 64gb model Steam Deck and have been contemplating getting this screen protector for a LOONG Time. I have seen videos about the anti-glare screen protectors distorting the image so I was worried. I was worried for nothing. The image is a bit more "blurry", but it's not that noticeable unless you are looking for it. But what is noticeable is the Anti Glare function. I was simply unable to see the screen in certain places. Specifically at work where there is light everywhere. Now I can easily play my games in the brightest light. Even outside. The kit comes with 2 screens and a physical install guide that fits on the Deck to help you align it properly. It tool me less than 2 minutes to do the install. I only used the alcohol wipes and the microfiber cloth. Then I put the yellow frame on and put the screen protector on and the air bubbles just magically disappeared on their own. It doesn't seem to affect the touch screen that much either. It actually feels better to touch with the protector on. And also doesn't leave fingerprints like the glass on the steam deck. ... show more
