  • This thing is solidly made and smartly built.
Color: Gray
I love how slick the enclosure looks for the stand. I also like how it has extra slots for things you're going to need in order to play games on a big screen there is a USB slot for either a controller or a keyboard mouse combo. It's also a really good way to charge your steam deck. My only issue is that it I if I had not had the AC adapter that came with the steam deck I probably wouldn't have been able to use it. But if you don't have the AC adapter for your steam deck then where did you exactly get it? Anyway there are other AC adapters by this manufacturer that will help. Solid solid performance. ... show more

  • It works for my steam deck!
Color: Gray
Perfect to play my steam deck on my tv. No issues or problems and much cheaper than the namebrand version.

  • Great budget alternative to official Steam Deck dock
Color: Gray
This is, as far as I can tell, the best budget alternative to the official dock. It's lightweight, easy to set up and travel with, and it works perfectly well as a home dock for my tv. Two nitpicks to consider: the steam deck rear vents (for the LCD model, anyway) overlap with the dock when centered (see picture), so you need to dock the deck slightly off center. Also, the drawback to being lightweight is that it could feel cheap, though the dock has traveled with me a lot, so build quality is not a concern to me. ... show more

  • Stopped Working After 3 Months of Light Use
Color: Gray
Edit: Customer service was super great and let me trade in for a new one which has lasted almost a year now with no problems. Great accessory. I really liked this dock- I basically just needed a way to output my display to a monitor and charge at the same time. However, after just 3 months of light use it has suddenly stopped being recognized by my Steam Deck. It started with USB devices not working when connected, then the HDMI output stopped working, and then the pass-through charging failed. Now the dock isn't recognized at all by the Steam Deck. I'm no stranger to hardware troubleshooting, and so I've tried different power supplies, devices, restarting affected devices, and plugging devices into the dock without anything else plugged in. Nothing has gotten it to start working again. It's become a $30 paperweight. All in all, this is a great dock while it works. For $30 - $40 though, I would have hoped it would have lasted for more than three months of light use. ... show more

  • Works great
Color: Gray
This dock works great with my OLED Steam Deck, and it fits without issue even with a case on it. The display to HDMI works without issue, as well. I didnโ€™t notice any input lag, though I primarily use this for file transfers to the SteamDeck and not so much for TV connection. My only real โ€œgripeโ€ with the dock, as odd as it may sound, is the texture. If you attempt to plug in the USB to the back without looking, you will immediately notice a very unpleasant texture when the USB cord end moves against the surface of the dock. Almost as if thereโ€™s a very, very high โ€œgritโ€ to it. But obviously this doesnโ€™t hinder the performance or anything at all, so it would be crazy to hold that against it. ... show more

  • Good value for price, but doesn't work with USB Xbox 360 controller
Color: Gray
Generally works as intended. A little awkward how the attached USB-C cable doesn't have a good place to go when storing for travel or taking on the go. Also, I plugged in a basic Logitech USB mouse and keyboard, and they kept disconnecting every few minutes when using a basic iPad charging cable. This meant it was unusable as a dock for "desktop mode". Maybe there was not enough power and have to use a bigger power brick? Then that takes away from the portability though. Also, my USB Xbox 360 controller (with the USB receiver) did not work at all, even when using a 120w charging cable to the dock. Most people will probably be using the bluetooth Xbox controller rather than the USB one, but this was a disappointment for me. Despite everything, for $27 out the door, I think it's a good value if you just need basic connectivity. If I could do it over again though, I would get the dock that folds and/or one that has a dedicated storage spot for the USB-C cable, or at least a dock that has more USB inputs. ... show more

  • Works great. Ethernet limited to 100mbps
Color: Gray
All the ports work great and it keeps my Deck charged even at max load. However, the ethernet port is limited to 100mbps which may be a bottleneck if you are planning on streaming games over Remote Play.
