I bought this to use with an Asus handheld gaming PC as a desktop top. Dock works great, connects fine with an external display. Keep in mind it only supports one display. Also, don't buy it with the 45 watt charger, it won't support the power requirements for the handheld PC. Just buy a 100 watt charger with it and your good to go. ... show more

I bought two of these docks for two separate rooms and while they work perfectly fine when it comes to charging, connecting to my TV, and the USB ports, the network speeds do not reach anything beyond 50 - 60 Mbps, even after changing the Limit Download Speed entry to "10000000". I thought this was an issue with my internet since it's usually 300 Mbps down, but after testing with an official dock for my Steam Deck, the download speeds match what I'm supposed to have. The dock itself is light and compact, with rubbet on the bottom and stand itself to keep everything in place. I wanted one with an ethernet port, and this was a perfect option. The charger is longer than I anticipated and the plug itself can be folded in for travel. The chord is a bit stiff, but I imagine that will change with use. Bought this to make my Ally more of a computer if needed, which it works great. All aluminum with a 6 foot charger or so. Only down side is there’s only two usb ports.

If all you want is power and hdmi, fien, you're set. If you want to use literally any of those other ports for literally anything (keyboard, mouse, USB gamepad, additional storage for desktop mode). I reached out to their customer support for assistance, and they ran me in circles until they were very literally asking the same question multiple times after the questions had been thoroughly and definitively answered -their customer service associate apparently just forgot which nonsense questions they had already wasted my time with. I finally gave up on this product, and after seeing how they handle customer service I won't be purchasing their products ever again. Every company ships out broken products from time to time, the way they HANDLE THAT with their customers is what makes or breaks the experience, and JSAUX failed hard. ... show more

It was as good as my official steam one (used it for a tv upstairs so i don’t have to disconnect the one downstairs back and forth). But sadly after two months stopped working. I thought maybe it was the power brick but nope. Then maybe the usb-c on my steam deck but it works fine with everything else. I contacted Jsaux support on their website but they just said it would email me. It’s been a day with no answer … i know that’s not that long but it’s inconvenient. Update 11/15/23- they made it right. They contacted me and gave me money back after my return. That’s good enough for me. 👍🏽 ... show more
