I loved this suitcase. I was traveling with my pup and had her carrier in one hand and the suitcase in the other. With all i packed i was concerned it would be heavy. Going it was 37lbs and coming back woth souvenirs, my things and Lola's (fur baby) it was 45lbs. The wheels are in tact which i worried about from the reviews i read. The case has no evident scratches or damage. The items i brought back none were damaged and that included a blendjet i traveled with. The pouches that came withthe suitcase kept me organized. I love the size, and I ordered it in black and green, size: medium - checked luggage. Easy to walk with not like the old pull alongs where to take a portion of the weight. The suitcase is nice and fairly sturdy. The wheels are the best part. It’s also useful to be able to lock it with the TSA-friendly combination lock. The telescopic handle on the other hand, only comes out for about 8 inches. That’s a drag because you’re not going to able to sit a smaller bag and attach it to it, unless it’s a tiny handbag. I just received it and I’m beyond pleased with the product. Seems very durable, wheelbase maneuvers well but I have yet to use it full with my clothing etc. The extra added special are the travel bags that are included. Luggage arrived July 25 and the handle broke just shortly after going on vacation. I was a bit worried about the light retractable handle and I see my feelings on point. Only had this a little over a week when it happened. Update: Company promptly sent out a replacement and I was able to send the broken luggage back. This still does not change the fact that that I may have the same issue with the handle but I do give credit for the company's quick response. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I asked for black and yellow but but the box but it’s clearly black and orange. Even the box it came in said black and yellow but it’s clearly black and orange. Not mad but just beaware
