These hose barbs are not 6.35mm(1/4") outside diameter. You can even see in the picture that is says OD is 7.1mm. I can't make out the ID but it looks like 4.??mm. So if you're planning on using these for something that's actually close to 6.35mm like I was, don't get these. I was going to use them inside some stainless steel tubing that had an ID of ~6.6mm. The media could not be loaded. Not sure what these are made of but it sure isn't stainless steel. These were in liquid for 24hrs and rusted overnight. Buyer beware.
