I really like how the monitor is connected with a cable. Allows me to mount the monitor how I want. All touchscreen stereos should be made this way. Then installing would be so much easier. I just used double-sided tape to stick the monitor over the hole in my dash. I'm still working with trying to tune the sound so it sounds better. Oh and I really want a knob for volume. ... show more

I've had this installed for a few weeks now and I absolutely love it. I spent weeks searching for the right headunit. A youtube install video actually led me to joyying and after seeing all the features I knew it was going to b e joying, just wasn't sure which one. To be honest, the lack of reviews made me kind of queasy spending $800 for the unit and all the accessories but it's well worth it. To start, this has Android Auto/Car Play but I don't even use it because it's fantastic all on it's own with a SIM card. It has (2) 4G antenna and a GPS antenna so you really don't even need your phone. Pretty much every Android app works with this that I've tried. If your going to be installing this yourself, you need to have some tech/wiring know how. After joining a joying fb group and seeing some of the questions I think a lot of people are having issues because they don't know how to set it up. TO be fair though, it can be a pian as some of the options in the software settings are written oddly because of a language barrier. I only thing that I don't like is the front & rear cameras only support 1080P. For a back up camera that more than enough but as a 24/7 dashcam/parking monitor it left a lot to be desired. To be fair though, 95% of the headunits with intergraded dashcams are only 1080P. This was an easy fix though, I ordered a WOLFBOX G840S. It's a 2.5k front camera 1080P rear that replaces your rearview mirror. For me this was perfect since this is all installed in a work truck that has a partition and no back windows so the original mirror did nothing anyway. I really love this headunit. If anything changes I will 100% be updating this review. P.S. I emailed joying with a crap ton of questions and they always got back to me & were extremely helpful. FYI I'm pretty sure the customer support is answered in China because replies always came in the 1-3am Est time. ... show more
