The product is great and does exactly what it claims to. Leaves the hair soft and manageable and smells great. I order this on a regular basis. My only complaint is the delay in delivery and this was purchased through prime. Ordered it on the 23rd and received on the 27th. I wasn't allowed to cancel the order for some reason and when I called to complain customer service said there was nothing they could do. So I didn't have the product, didn't know when it was going to arrive and couldn't cancel it. Finally received it on the 27th and in my order files it shows still not delivered. I bought this to help managed my bleached hair. It works! It leaves it soft and shiny. I do not have curly hair but it is wavy. I like it bc it does not feel heavy on my hair and works wonders against breakage. Honestly, I prefer this product over the expensive Olaplex. Only reason it didn’t get 5 stars was the packaging.
