I love this heat protectant. It's very good about protecting my hair from heat and keeps it shiny all day long! I know that heat protectants are good for you... and I've tried a few, but I have oily hair and any product I apply invariably makes my hair very dirty by the end of the day. I was pleasantly surprised that this product (though a lotion type vs spray) made my hair soft and NOT greasy.
