I have these for when either I feel lazy or I’m out of town for work and my son can quickly see our pool levels. First two weeks I did my standard testing twice a day and compared to the strip. Pretty close each time. Not always but consistently within range. I wouldn’t use these if you were trying to dial into a specific number, but if you’re trying to get a feel for the range these are great. Entering my 5th year of pool ownership, I have tried more products than I care to remember. Many of the strips you can buy in store are not accurate readings, but this product is! I highly recommend. Ditch your typical chemistry pool kit (X amount of drops into water pulled from a specific area of the pool) and get these strips! ... show more

These do the job; easy to read and thorough - the only negative is that since naturally, these are in a damp/wet environment and though they are not soaked but are affected by humidity, the label peels eventually, and you cannot read the test results. I have had this problem with other brands too.

I use these every other day for my in-ground pool water readings. Easy to read colors and color chard on package. Comes with alot so the value is great I have used multiple strips in a day and get the same results.

I followed the instructions on the back, dipping the strip into the water for two seconds and then waiting 38 seconds to read the results. I knew something was not right with my pool, but the strip said everything was within normal range. I took a sample to Leslie pool for testing. The color metric strips kept saying my cyanuric acid levels were low (lightest color), but it was 130! I had been putting more in trying to get it closer to normal range. I ended up having to drain my pool to correct the CYA level in haste before my little one’s pool bday party. It was WAY off. ... show more
