  • JJN 200watt great so far
Size: 200W 10BB Bifacial【Single】
I have 6 of the 200watt bifacial panels mounted on class c motorhome. They are connected to an ecoflow delta pro inside my rv, that is then connected to the rv through 30 amp rv plug. I currently have the system in 3 panels in series 2 parallel for 1200 watts. Has been working amazing. I have full use of rv electrical systems at all times. Panels have performed quite well this summer. It has been a very rainy stormy May and June in idaho so not best condition for solar power but so far I only need a couple hours of good sun to charge big solar generator each day. Pannels are mounted basically flat on rv roof. They are elivated a bit as I used z brackets mounted to pieces of unistrut. This way they can be easily removed and replaced if damaged and hoping to get some bifacial production. I mainly went with jjn because the size worked for my layout and wanted a10bb 200watt solar panels. I wanted to use the newpowa 220w but they were slightly too long. So far my set up has worked great. When I am in full sun wich has not been allot this summer I have been pulling in about 850 watts. My system is slightly over paneled by about 2 or 3 amps so not capable of getting every ounce of energy in the current set up as delta pro can only draw 15 amps of 17 or 18 amps my solar panels can produce under perfect conditions. I did run them as 5 in series for a 2 week trip as one of my 6 panels arrived shattered. It rained every day at some point for 14 straight days, but at one point perfect condition fell on my motorhome and was pulling 1110 watts on cold wet panels in bright mountain sun at about 5000 feet elevation. That is with only 5 panels so 1000 watts. So they are capable of more than 200watt per panel. My current 2p 3s has peaked at 970 watts so far. But I have been pulling consistently between 260 and 300 watts with sun overhead but full on black rain storms and thunder storms. That has been awsome. In the 5s set up I was only getting about 120watts in the same conditions. One thing that has surprised me is that in the morning when it is sunny and bright I am parked in the trees and several hours from direct over head sun i only get about 60 to 70 watts coming in. But if it is cloudy I get about 150 watts. Not sure how that works, but it has been consistent so far. My wife and I are both teachers and we spend our summers camping in the mountains of Idaho every year. I know this is all over the place, but this is the kind of info I was looking for when I was shopping for a solar system for my rv. I would say jjn panels are close to 5 star, but have only used them for about 30 days so far, not long enough for 5 star long-term. They do have subpar packages compared to other panels. And the sharp unprotected corners could use some work. Productivity has been outstanding i feel for how they are being used. The fact they are light weight is a plus an rv setup. We will see how that relates to long-term durability bouncing around mountain roads every summer. I hope someone finds this info useful, and I would definitely buy them again. ... show more

  • seems powerful and effective but lacks complete guide
Size: 【Upgraded】100W Portable
The first time I received the product, the package lacked all connectors and user guide. After returning it and re-ordering, I received the complete product. The panel appears sturdy and well-built. I like the pocket for the connectors and accessories. The enclosed "User Manual" however is ineffectual and incomplete. There is no explanation nor diagrams for the enclosed connectors? What are they? Maybe some labels on a diagram would be helpful. I had to read other manufacturer's information on the internet to piece together what is what. The Manual also lacked some basic electrical diagrams and information for the unit itself. There is no explanation for how to use the enclosed USB port unit; I guessed at what needs to be plugged where, but a real User Manual should cover these basics for any type of electrical product. In addition, it is unclear as to the voltage output for the USB ports. I plugged the USB-c into my phone and the recharging icon blinked on and off, which I haven't seen before; so I unplugged it. Finally, although there is a stated warranty and the User Manual talks about contacting "our customer service," there is no contact information nor even a manufacturer's name printed in the User Manual. So, I dropped a star for the poor User Manual lack. ... show more

  • Great Performance
Size: 200W 10BB Bifacial【Single】
I am very happy with these panels. I have a small solar project and they have performed better than expected. I have 12 panels and would on good days peak out at over 2500w. Granted it only lasted for a second or two, but just goes to show what bifacial panels can do. I've read a few reviews of people getting worse than expected results. I suspect their expectations were something of unrealistic. All solar panels experience extreme drops even in the most moderate of cloud and shading conditions. I would say with 12 panels on an average day I do anywhere 1800 to 2200 watts consistently, with peaks that break past 2400 watts with 12 panels in series with 10 AWG wire, Tigo optimizers to help manage my shading issues and rapid shutdown. Using an EG4 3k inverter and 3 EG4 server rack batteries. (Photo of array only showing 10, wasn't quite finished) I do wish they were cheaper; I can buy 400w panels for nearly the same price. ... show more

  • Impressed so far.
Size: 200W 10BB Bifacial【Single】
Update- I bought 3 additional panels and setup my shed to support 5 panels on each side. Right now I have only the 5 panels (facing south) wired in series feeding my delta pro. It's been very overcast the last couple days but I'm seeing 40% (400ish watts) in cloud cover and over 1kw with the sun beaming down on them. My plan is to add 5 more panels on the north side in parallel to up the array amperage. I will update my review again when that happens I bought 2 of the 200w 10BB panels to test on my ecoflow delta pro. I have done a little testing by just setting them flat on the back of my trucks bed cover. In about 98f degree weather I was seeing between 350-375 watts with both wired in series. Given the temperature, they weren't aimed at the sun directly and the surface they were on was black. I'm very impressed with the output. I plan on purchasing 8 more panels for a 10 panel array on my shed. I'll try to update this review when that happens as I'm sure a better angle towards the sun and a white backing will help increase the overall output. ... show more
