    • Strong fire. Need to be careful when using.
Use it for high temp wok. The food came out great. It is a bit scary when lit the fire since it is tricky to control the gas flow using the included regulator. I bought a long reach arc lighter just for this purpose.

The media could not be loaded. The burner is very hot. It can turn your wok red hot if you want it to be; seasoning a carbon steel wok was a breeze. I made some alterations to the burner on one of the top sides. I riveted a piece of sheet metal to redirect the flames away from my hands without the added shield. I also added a ball valve at the burner so I did not have to mess with the regulator. When the burner is on full blast, it burns about 5 pounds of propane per hour. It puts out a scorching flame and can seriously hurt you if you don't take precautions. It signed all the hair off my arm one of the first times using it. Extremely powerful burner. I have not figured how to operate on low power without generating yellow flame. This is definitely for outdoor use only and would be an extreme fire risk if used indoors. Excellent burner for someone recycling lead outdoors.

The media could not be loaded. This is great for outdoor wok cooking. The high heat is needed to get the authentic charred flavor of Asian cooking. No need for takeout!
