There are a few things you should know before purchasing this product. The packaging of the item itself is not great. While I received it double boxed, the box the item came in had sustained some damage. Given the minimal bubble wrap of the turntable and the fact it's not secure in the box, I was surprised the item wasn't beat up. The IR sensor for the remote is located in the back of the unit. If my remote is not in direct line-of-sight with the back, it does not work (even after installing a new battery). Lastly, it's a bit louder than I anticipated. I have no previous experience with this type of device so I'm not sure what I was expecting but I thought it would be relatively quiet. If you're in a room with additional noise, it's likely not a big deal. However, if I ran this continuously in my office, it would drive me crazy. Oh, and despite the ad saying it can support 80kg, on the bottom of the unit it says 50kg. ... show more

For a turntable - its great. The remote sucks! When I press a button on a remote, I expect immediate results. This remote, you have to press 3 to 4 or more times or before anything happens! We have arranged to have a replacement shipped. I'll update this review with the results.

I ordered this because of the price. It appears to be identical to another brand, but for much less. However, this item came shipped in it's box, which was kind of beat up and had insufficient padding for an electronic device. It should have been put in a shipping box. Also, the remote did not function properly. the 180° and the 360° buttons did not execute the turn the appropriate amount of degrees. I did not test the 90° button. Also, the buttons did not work all the time when pressed, although this could have been due to a weak battery. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Does everything I bought it for and yes it comes with a controller I lost mine it's very tiny so becareful first day gone !!!

The remote has a short range. The unit itself is louder than I'd prefer. I assume the remote is a bit more difficult to understand and use because it's a Chinese product, but it's not impossible to use. Overall I'd recommend this product, considering the cons mentioned.

Good product does what is described but the power adapter did not work after 3 weeks. Had to get a replacement adapter and now works. the remote is a bit clunky and the 180 stops not so accurate. but for what we use it for it is not a factor
