I'm very happy with this punching bag bracket / hanger. I was looking for a solid bracket / arm that I would adjust if needed and swing the bag out of the way when it's not in use. As you can see in the pictures, I did a concrete mounting that will survive the next apocalypse. :) I Didn't use the mounting hardware that came with the bracket. I could have docked a star I guess, but it's solid and put together very well. As you can see, I used nice marine grade anchor bolts, 5/16 X 3 1/2 inches. If you are going to mount on concrete, you need to use the right equipment and apply careful attention to the drilling of the holes. If you try to use a masonry bit without a hammer drill, you are on a fool's errand if you ask me. The hammer drill makes the drilling go fast like a hot knife through butter. Again! Make sure and use the bracket as a guide for the drilling. You can't afford to be off very much at all on the holes. And make sure you are perpendicular to the wall. If you get it wrong, you won't be able to get the bracket on once you put all the anchor bolts in place. I actually put this up for my wife and after researching, I settled on this bracket. I mounted it so the top of the bag would be an inch or two below my wife's height. This will give a good range of adjustment even for me at 5' 10". And of course, you could a spring etc... to drop the bag down more if needed. Good luck on your mounting! Do it right... The only reason it’s not 5 stars is that the tissue paper they included when folding the bag for transport stuck to the bag. When we opened it to fill it and present as a gift to someone, the tissue paper was adhered to the where the ink did not dry. Otherwise pretty good bag

06/20 Got it today, fill it up then the bloody zipper was not zipping.....that piss me off!. I Really need it a bag to punch out this type of infuriating thing . I am having it replace but first impression is crappy. Update 06/26. Got the replacement bag and is was defective too. This brand is low quality and not worth it. The stitching at the zipper is missing at a section .At another section stitch is obviously sloppy. The missing stitch makes one inch open hole that will only grow worst if used.
