i have only had bike for a week. here is what i can say so far. i have not owned an ebike before. it came on time and was not damaged packaging was ok. instructions on assembly was pretty vague but i have put together my far share of bikes took me 4 hours to put together mostly because bike rack and finders where added options and came with no Assembly instructions. once together and after charging battery i turned it on and had no error readings. i went for my first ride 2 miles and went through all 21 gears and all pedal assists (3) with no problems. like i said first time ebike rider and i was impressed i am 64 years old and thought i was threw with bike ridding but this was so easy and so much fun!! . i cant wait to go up my first hill. now i want to test battery life ,hills,roads,trails and then i will give a update on battery life and charging time. well 2nd review i have taken bike up hills and off road and i'm very happy with performance !! went 45 miles on pedal assist 1 battery still had two bars left out of five ( 3 green, 1 orange, 1 red ) i charged battery once it got to yellow bar could have probably gone 15-20 more miles before reaching red bar and charging. my average speed was about 11 mph. on pedal assist 3 gear 21 i can go up to 21 mph and i weigh 230 lbs! 21 mph may not sound fast but on a bike it is ! going up hill on pedal assist 2 and 3 ( depending on how steep hill was) i maintained 11 mph with gear changes also. i am changing my rating from a 4 to a 5 because i am really happy with performance of bike,ease of riding, battery life and cost ! and its a really nice looking bike ! had to edit one more time cause i promised to comment on charging time. i rode bike down to last bar (red) and then charged it took 5 and a half hours to fully charge. according to site and book that's normal, I've been told there are bikes that charge faster (but you probably pay more or get less miles off charge). charger does get warm to hot, so i recommend charging outside or in garage and battery off bike. if you have any other ?s please ask me. It seems the question i get the most is how much does it weigh answer around 60 lbs. ... show more

I am beyond impressed with the quality of this ebike. It's got great build quality, and it feels really sturdy and reliable. It's got great front suspension, so I actually feel like I can take it off road without it coming apart. The battery life is better than I was expecting, I was able to get it around 45 miles before the battery died, but I was only using the throttle, so you can easily get more than that by peddling. I weigh about 150lbs, and on the maximum pedal assist, I was personally able to get it up to 28mph on a downhill, and 22mph on the biggest hill in my area. With only the throttle I was able to get 24mph going downhill, 22 mph on flat-ish ground, and 15-18mph while going up the hills in my area. As for the shipping time, it was delivered 3 days ago, but Amazon estimated it wouldn't arrive until 3 days from the time I'm writing this review. I may have only had the bike for 3 days, but it seems perfect so far! I'll update this review if I discover any problems, but that seems incredibly unlikely:) ... show more

I was looking around for a bike that would work well and wouldn’t break the bank as I was trying to save money and getting a bike for commuting and saving money from paying vehicle maintenance, I bought this bike hoping it would help and it did a lot more than that it had a very good level of comfort, battery life and honestly the speed did lack at first but after I found how to get the PAS setting adjusted it started flying and the performance of it was better then I hoped, one of the things I did struggle with was assembly as with some carriers it had a few bangs in the box and later found out the brake rotor was slightly bent which affected the noise level as well as the braking ability but after taking it to a bike shop to adjust it went smoothly and was easier to reassemble. Another problem I had was the brakes not being fully tuned but that was not such a big issue as I had that taken care of with a few screw adjustments so the noise level went down significantly after that. All and all for the bikes price it definitely was worth the money. I did have an issue with a fall I took which broke the left derailleur shifter but after talking to customer service rep kalea she helped me get a new replacement part shipped out fast and can’t wait to get it adjusted to go flying down the road again! ... show more

Beautiful bike. Works very well. Packaging was very well done and protective. The front forks aren't square so the front wheel does not center between the forks. There is NO bearing in the goose neck and no adjustment so there is tremendous slack between the stem and goose neck that is very noticeable and concerning when front brakes are applied. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This thing does Not go 25mph. Here is a video of it only going 15MPH on flat ground. It barely can handle 15/17mph on flat ground. It doesn’t go over 17mph even going down a hill on the highest setting. I contacted the seller and they offered a “solution” that it goes 25 under their “test conditions” and that my own results will vary. I recommend buying something from a more reputable seller, this thing is junk. ... show more
