Received at the end of the season. Ordered two of them, black and white. They came in very good shape and all parts were delivered in good order. Put them together and rode them out camping 4-5 times and all worked as described. They go a good 16 mph in 2 Fast enough for me! Were older, in our late 60s and wanted to experience the joy of riding bikes again. I would highly recommend replacing those seats.. which we did! They are not comfy! Brakes work well, and the bikes so far are wonderful Will review again next season ... show more

The bike arrived a day later than expected due to FedEx shipping delays. Regardless, when i opened up the box, talk about the excellent packaging the company went through to make sure it arrived all in one piece. Took me like 10 minutes to unwrap all the cushion. I have to admit, assembling wasn’t the easiest thing at all. I actually watched YouTube videos and asked for professional help. The book manual isn’t the best, as it’s in black/white. As for the bike, it is very strong and very easy to ride. It’s not complicated to use, especially if you’re new to E-bikes, I recommend this one. It goes up the hills well and accelerates pretty well. Everything about the hike is what you want. Of course I plan to upgrade some stuff like a bike seat and add some mirrors. The seat that it comes with isn’t bad at all though. If you’re in the market for an e-bike and just want the basics, I highly recommend this one. I don’t regret buying it, I would recommend it to any of my friends. I’m not the one to write reviews ever but had too for this one. ... show more

We've now had these bikes for about 3 months and I feel.I'm able to give an honest review on how we use them and how they've held up so far. They are great for riding into town for breakfast at our favorite local spot, going to get small amounts of groceries, and they were awesome at clearwater beach. We traveled the entire island and are planning to go to Daytona with them for on the beach riding. I would let you know, however, that these bikes are not met for rough dirt roads.We have popped seven tubes and have had to replace one tire already. So if you live in a real community like myself, tireliners are an absolute must, they are not pre.Installed when you get the bikes.I wish they were as they were advertised for mountain biking and rough grounds, but that is not the case. Jasion has bee amazing at getting replacements quickly and even sent us 2 of the front baskets when one bike was damaged on arrival, broken brake handle. My husband is a very creative woodworker.And metal worker and took the 2 bus gets to create one large rear basket for when we go into town for grocery shopping or for going to the local thrift stores. My speedometer seems to be a bit off compaired to my husband's bike. Although mine seems to be a bit. Faster since I weigh less.His will still show.He is going faster than I am.We've even compared it with our S.U.V, the speedometer is right, just figuring that out that is an adjustment in settings. The battery life is amazing even though we charge it.After every ride, we'll use it.As previously mentioned in clearwater beach and took a ride from one end of the island to the other to explore and didn't even drop a cell in battery power. The motor itself does have quite good get-up-and-go as long as the battery is not having issues asked. We've had to replaced both of ours, one was damaged and cracked the other half a few burn spots on the batterycell again the company was amazing at getting us replacements very quickly. As for appearance, we have gotten several compliments in our neighborhood and all of the people we've encountered have asked us if they could take pictures and where we purchase them at this point I feel like we should get paid for advertisements because it is a 10 minute conversation with each person just about on the different. Attributes and how much we can adjust and change it to our personalities and preferences. With everything being said, I would say this is a fantastic bike overall. However those few small things would make quite massive improvements if the bike break mounts were metal and tube protector pre-installed would be one suggestion, last suggestion for all those short people out there like myself. I am 4 foot 10 inches. The full swing through bike I can ride. However, in order to stop, I do have to slide off my seat and stand on my toes. It would be great if there would be an alternative when buying the combinations for someone like my short stature to get maybe a 16 inch tire or something smaller or even lowering the seat, a bit more to those of us who are smaller would be able to fully put our feet on the ground. As for my husband he is 6 foot 2 and the bike is very comfortable for hi've even added a bike seat on his so we can do rides together on one and we don't see any loss of power or drag on the battery when 2 are riding on it, our total weight between the 2 of us would be right at three hundred pounds. ... show more

    • Worst Experience. Would never buy again from Jasion

We noticed that the handlebars were very loose when putting the bike together. Something on the underside of the stem (the screw and the upper cover back in the stem) would not allow us to tighten the screw and would not let us get the bolt out. I reached out to Jasion and sent pictures, and they said they would send out a replacement stem. We received the stem, but it was not the correct part. I added a video showing the bike's issue when I sent the initial email. It was the silver bolt and upper cover that is back in the stem. They responded and asked if we tried tightening the bolt. They stated they would send out a new fork. I explained that the bolt would not tighten and that we could not reach from the underside. I explained that we would not be able to replace the fork because we could not remove the silver bolt. They stated that we could take the new bike to a repair shop and ask them to help determine what the issue was with the bike. We ended up taking the bike to a repair shop and the shop had a tool that would reach the bolt. When he got the bolt out, it was completely warped. I asked them to send a replacement bolt with the fork. They told me the fork had been shipped, and the bolt was included. We received the fork but no bolt. They emailed back and told me I could go to a hardware store and pick up an M10*40 bolt, and they would reimburse me. I called Jasion, and they told me that Amazon orders are only dealt with through email and not through the phone. Fast forward over a month later, and our son has yet to ride this bike. It was a birthday present that we have yet to use. I am so disappointed with this purchase. I should have gone to a local dealer and purchased the bike. ... show more
