Our Eb3 has far exceeded our expectations. Fit and finish are very good and an issue with our front fork was handled immediately with no drama. The paint design is actually paint and not decals which is definitely a higher level of quality than was expected for a small value level bike. The speed and distance numbers from Jasion are right at what we are experiencing. The bike is very light and easily fits into a small space when the seat and handle bar are lowered for ease of transport. This bike has far exceeded our expectations and the value and service are both excellent. I'd definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a value/entry level entry into the ebike realm. This review was edited Nov 21, 2023 I LOVE THIS SMALL EBIKE! Have 1274 miles on this bike now - so gotta share more. After 1274 miles - no rattles - no flat tires - no complaints against this fun machine. This bike is built ROCK SOLID! It will do an indicated 20 or 21 MPH If you ride at Power assist 2 the whole time - A 130 lb rider can get 20 miles. I can BANK on 15 miles - riding full blast (130 pound rider) I love this particular bike so much - I damn near want to buy a 2nd one! OR the Jasion X-hunter For reference - I am 5ft 6in and 130 lbs. I love it! It is well designed and well built. Assembly was straight-forward (for an ex helicopter mechanic) - but one thing the manual should have clearly stated - which I figured out in a minute or two - the black bolt that is in the front fork is only intended to keep the forks from bending during shipping - it is NOT used in the bike after shipping - it should be replaced with the long silver one with rounded ends, that is included with the parts. The speed will reach 20 mph on level pavement, and I am getting about 19 miles range before needing to charge (using throttle in a thoughtful manner). It delivers all that it promises - and I enjoy it a lot! I added some bright orange tape to the handlebar post, base of seat post, and rear monoshock to improve visibility. Changed the seat to one with springs - which helped a bit, but the seat it came with was almost as good :) And added a mirror on the left. So happy with this - I will likely be buying the Jasion EB7 soon! The one "complaint" I would have - the designers placed the speedometer in a less-than-perfect position. The throttle on the right grip on the handlebar is 47mm wide, and the right side of the speedometer protrudes about 10mm into/over the twist throttle. When I place my hand normally on the throttle, my right thumb knuckle is touching the speedometer. Everytime I hit a bump that makes the handlebar move up-then-down quickly - the speedo beats on my knuckle (which hurts) so I end up moving my hand slightly, to a position that does not feel entirely natural. I may just tape a little foam or sponge there. I purchased this for $309 plus shipping and that was a good deal. It is now about $299. If you are looking for a quality 14 inch tire eBike for about $300 - I think this is an awesome machine! ... show more

We purchased the Jasion EB3 Electric Bike as a prize for an employee contest, and unfortunately, our experience has been far from satisfactory. Upon arrival, we set up the bike and the winner took it out for a test ride, but the motor immediately seized up and stopped working. To make matters worse, the frame appears to have a crack in it. We attempted to contact the seller directly to resolve these issues, reaching out twice by phone and once by email. However, we have yet to speak with anyone. Our first phone call left us on hold for over an hour, and the second call dropped out entirely after being on hold for another hour. The lack of communication is frustrating, to say the least. When we tried to initiate a return through Amazon, the instructions sent by the company stated that we would be refunded based on their inspection, and the refund of the purchase price ($200) would be minus a $110 return shipping fee to return the bike. I would get a $90 refund for something I paid $300 for. It's one thing to pay for shipping once, which we paid that amount on top of the purchase price of the bike, but expecting to pay it again for an item that was defective out of the box is completely unreasonable. That would be over $200 spent for a worthless item to be returned. If I do nothing I'm out $300 alone, if I return it I will only receive a $90 refund. We are more than willing to work with the seller to find a reasonable resolution, but it seems that customer service is not their strong suit. Until this issue is resolved, we cannot recommend the Jasion EB3 Electric Bike or the company's customer service AT ALL! We are extremely disappointed in their lack of responsiveness regarding the broken bike we received from them. Review update 10/03/2024: seller has responded and sent a replacement bike without return of the defected one. The new bike is working great, super fun and we’ve had no issues. We greatly appreciate the response and final resolution from the company. If my review was based solely on the second bike, it would increased to 4 stars. ... show more

Bought 2 of these only because they were the only eBikes that didn’t have shipping charges for prime members. So far so good It keeps a good charge It goes ups steep hills on 3 with assist no issues It charges in like 2hrs My tires haven’t gone flat, but im 15 miles in. 20 mph is surprisingly fast enough Bike is light but strong Its back heavy so, a easy accidental wheelie may occur when you lift the front tire off the ground a lil bit to clear a curb. I did have to take the front rotors off and completely eliminate the front brake because the disc brakes rub and make a sound that I just can’t deal with the other bike. This slot was too skinny to even put the tire on, the pistons weren’t even pushed out at all, so I took the caliper adjusted it still nothing, so the front brakes will be an issue because I bought two and had the same issue with both of mine other than that just remove the front brake and you’re fine ... show more
