This review was edited Nov 21, 2023 I LOVE THIS SMALL EBIKE! Have 1274 miles on this bike now - so gotta share more. After 1274 miles - no rattles - no flat tires - no complaints against this fun machine. This bike is built ROCK SOLID! It will do an indicated 20 or 21 MPH If you ride at Power assist 2 the whole time - A 130 lb rider can get 20 miles. I can BANK on 15 miles - riding full blast (130 pound rider) I love this particular bike so much - I damn near want to buy a 2nd one! OR the Jasion X-hunter For reference - I am 5ft 6in and 130 lbs. I love it! It is well designed and well built. Assembly was straight-forward (for an ex helicopter mechanic) - but one thing the manual should have clearly stated - which I figured out in a minute or two - the black bolt that is in the front fork is only intended to keep the forks from bending during shipping - it is NOT used in the bike after shipping - it should be replaced with the long silver one with rounded ends, that is included with the parts. The speed will reach 20 mph on level pavement, and I am getting about 19 miles range before needing to charge (using throttle in a thoughtful manner). It delivers all that it promises - and I enjoy it a lot! I added some bright orange tape to the handlebar post, base of seat post, and rear monoshock to improve visibility. Changed the seat to one with springs - which helped a bit, but the seat it came with was almost as good :) And added a mirror on the left. So happy with this - I will likely be buying the Jasion EB7 soon! The one "complaint" I would have - the designers placed the speedometer in a less-than-perfect position. The throttle on the right grip on the handlebar is 47mm wide, and the right side of the speedometer protrudes about 10mm into/over the twist throttle. When I place my hand normally on the throttle, my right thumb knuckle is touching the speedometer. Everytime I hit a bump that makes the handlebar move up-then-down quickly - the speedo beats on my knuckle (which hurts) so I end up moving my hand slightly, to a position that does not feel entirely natural. I may just tape a little foam or sponge there. I purchased this for $309 plus shipping and that was a good deal. It is now about $299. If you are looking for a quality 14 inch tire eBike for about $300 - I think this is an awesome machine! ... show more

Our Eb3 has far exceeded our expectations. Fit and finish are very good and an issue with our front fork was handled immediately with no drama. The paint design is actually paint and not decals which is definitely a higher level of quality than was expected for a small value level bike. The speed and distance numbers from Jasion are right at what we are experiencing. The bike is very light and easily fits into a small space when the seat and handle bar are lowered for ease of transport. This bike has far exceeded our expectations and the value and service are both excellent. I'd definitely recommend this bike to anyone looking for a value/entry level entry into the ebike realm.     • DO NOT PURCHASE! JASION is the WORST amazon seller I've ever dealt with. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!
The media could not be loaded. we purchased after seeing an owner using in our town. We liked the small form and simple use. we already had a set of e-bikes from a few years ago and thought these would be nice, inexpensive additional bikes for keeping in our vehicle, or using as spares for visitors. Purchase a pair. The price was discounted around $100 by purchasing a pair - 1 item purchased, a pair of bikes. This will come up again. They were delivered very fast, in about 3 days arriving in 2 boxes. Upon opening and assembling, the quality was less than I had previously thought and we had some damaged parts. No problem - I will contact the seller. They were obviously in China and day/night on our time zone so we had delays but eventually got the parts sent to us. We reassembled the bike and was time for our first ride about 1 month after first receiving. 0.3 mile. We set out around our neighborhood to get the feeling of our new bikes. down the street and back was fun but it was short lived. The quality noted before was exactly the reason for failure. One of our purchased pair had catastrophically failed and was unable to throttle (e power), pedal (chain power), or even free spin to push the bike. We carried one bike home from across the neighborhood. A brief discussion later, we decided these were not the bikes for us. Being long time Prime customers, we are familiar withe return process for Amazon and outside sellers alike. Contacted the seller to initiate a return. They agreed to return the purchase and sent a label. The problem with only receiving one label was not noted for 2 - 3 days because of the time delays in response for the time zones noted earlier. When it was found, I contacted the company and reminded them, I purchased 1 item - a pair of bikes, and would be returning the pair of bikes and would need a second label. This was the start of the stonewalling. Our company policy. They would only accept the damaged bike but would offer $30 to keep the second bike. I explained this would not be acceptable and I would like to return my protected purchase. A few days later with communication delays, they explain they can accept both bikes but I would need to pay to return the second on my own, or they would offer a $50 refund for the second bike. Again, I explained I purchased a pair and would return a pair, they were shipped in 2 boxes, I needed 2 labels to return. Crickets. The seller stopped replying. As this was all taking way too long and I was worried they were trying to run out the return time, I contacted amazon customer service for the A-Z guarantee and hopefully mediate. They reached out to the company and assured a rep would be contacting me to get this handled "in my favor" Today, I was contacted by JASION - a 2nd return label is now available to be downloaded through the amazon return system. Nope. The 1st label has expired, the 2nd label doesn't exist. Hopefully I don't need to involve my credit card company to get this resolved. I am beyond frustrated with this purchase and will have nothing to do with JASION ever in the future. ... show more

I have the same decked out with saddlebags and a seat shelf that goes backwards. It’s loaded down wants to pop a wheel if I don’t move forward, but that makes sense because it’s not being used for tenant purpose I ended up taking a courier job and the city of Philadelphia and this thing gets around really nice, not quite good enough to use all day battery life upgrade ability to battery but I really can’t complain. I get a lot of compliments and it’s so small. It’s maneuverable like BMX with small wheels. I’ve only fallen a few times. ... show more
