The media could not be loaded. Such a good backpack so much space it fits all my notebooks, pencil , and my binder. The performance is great and doesn’t have rips after a full school year. If you have a lot of items for school I would recommend getting a bigger one because the pockets aren’t very big. The color is nice. The comfort is amazing and the weight varies in how much is in it. The versatility is good.

I really like Jansport products in and of themselves but their warranty is unbeatable. I’ve contacted them in the past about a wear issue and they had me send it to them where they promised to repair or replace. They followed through with a new backpack.
