    • Replacement unit working well
The first air printer did not work - the rolled labels shipped with it would not advance through the rollers. Tech Support could not correct this & advised me to return so they could replace unit. The replacement arrived a day later & has worked fine out it the box. Very intuitive & prints from phone app easily . I wanted, and needed, a thermal printer to print shipping labels for eBay. I got one for Christmas but it was not a Jadens. It did not have bluetooth and basically did not serve the needs I wanted. I returned it and ordered this one. It is fantastic. The app works smoothly, easy to set up, and I was printing in less than 5 minutes. To be honest, I went crazy and used up all the labels that came with this printer to label all my baseball card sets that I have collected from 1974 until present. 50 years of collecting cards and now all my boxes have the same labels on them.
