This resin works great. When you mix in small batches, 1-2 ounces at a time, you may run out of catalyst before you run out of resin. Be careful when you punch a hole in the catalyst tube to open it. I recomend using a straight quilting pin with a large head, or use pliers to hold a regular pin. If you make the hole too large, it tends to run all over the place. Be sure to have the second vial of catalyst open before you run out of the first one. I made that mistake once. Be careful to not touch your face when there’s any resin or catalyst on your hands, it feels like it’s burning quickly. ... show more

I used this to repair a crack in a sprayer tank. I trust JB Weld products because they hold when nothing else will. I just wish it wasn't so expensive, but you get what you pay for, and if you're in a jam this will get it done. My tank sprayer will end up in a dump some day but I'm sure it won't be because the repair didn't hold. This shouldn't need to be said but WEAR GLOVES! ... show more

I purchased this product to make a bathtub repair. The order was very mild and instructions on the can are very clear and easy to follow. It may have been my ignorance, but I had a little difficulty opening the can. There appeared to be an insert under the cap to close the opening. I was unable to lift it from the hole and ended up using a screw driver to punch a small hole to get the product out. Once the resin was mixed with the hardener, I still had ample time to apply the product before it began to harden. I mixed 4 ounces each application. It had been about a month and the repair it holding up and seems stronger than the areas I did not repair. ... show more
