I had gotten this to replace a bottled water dispenser I had from a company that was delivering for us. I have to say that I’m disappointed in myself for not getting this sooner. It’s way better than the cost of bottled water dispensers and the taste with these filters is much better. I had some questions about the dispenser I had and called their customer support. I spoke with John who was very helpful. He got everything I needed right away. You can adjust the water temperature with a simple screw on the back to make it colder or warmer.
