Very sturdy and will put together bike. We added a bag for the rear rack and a bottle holder. My son has so much fun with this and gets great exercise. No problems going on 20 mile rides as far as battery. I wish there was more pedal assist speed levels. Acceleration is smooth and manageable for anybody. ... show more

    • Only worked twice
The media could not be loaded. Isinwheel will not give me a return label, allow me to submit a video. They keep telling me to do things but making those thing impossible to do. The wheels are small and the seat is hard, don't hit a lot of small bumps or you will have very sore muscles for days. I am talking about cracks in the sidewalk bumps are too much for this thing. Won't make it up a steep hill on its own. The screws come unscrewed as you ride. All that said it is a fun little bike and I wish it still worked. I wish the company had good customer service even more. I paid 100 shipping and they want me to pay 300-900 more to ship it back. No refund for shipping offered. No refund for the broken bike offered....unless I pay for the price of another bike to ship it back. Lol no thanks. ... show more

The Isinwheel U4 feels like a vacation on two wheels. It's a simple pleasure. It was simple to put together. It's simple to operate (I barely had to read the user's manual). I can say more but I will get on with my review. I purchased this for my wife. I wanted something that was sturdy and had some decent power, but not intimidating. It also had to look cool. This bike fits the bill perfectly. I put the bike together in less than 20 minutes. The battery had a decent amount of juice, so I didn't charge it fully before taking the test ride. I'm 6' 2" , 220 lbs. We live on a hilly street. I was able to zip up and down the streets fairly easily. I did have to use PAS but for the most part the ride was smooth and quiet.After the test drive, I took my wife and bike over to a local park for her test ride. How did the ride go? She was thrilled. She marveled at the bike's smoothness and quietness. She learned how to use the controls very quickly. The only problem that was noted was a front brake squeal. I adjusted the brake without any problems. The bike is very solid and heavier than expected. Nevertheless, I consider this a good purchase. Buy this bike. You are not getting 19 mph nor 25 miles on a charge out of this bike. 14 mph and 7-8 miles top. I would return if it wouldn't mean I have to pay for shipping again. It didn't break and there were no issues when unboxing and assembly so 2 stars.

I love it ! Fast enough for cruising around town and the battery last a long time I’ve made several trips and just now had to recharge the battery. My husband and I saw a E bike at Costco that went 20 mph didn’t have the battery life as this one it and it was $999 so this is quite the bargain..
