Scooter is great overall except turning radius is restricted because of having four wheels. In a small area you have to to do a lot of forward and reverse to get where you want to go.

My wife and I purchased this as a gift for my father because he has Parkinson's and shakes a lot. Also he cannot use his walker there with the grass and sand and rocks. we brought the scooter and we could not keep up with him, he had a wonderful time. I have had this for 1 month, the battery life is not as claimed. After 1 month it won't travel half the distance it did. I can't believe there is no way to purchase a new battery. Why would you sell an item without a way to buy replacement items. I will not buy from his company again. In addition, delivery cost was 2/3 of the price of the scooter itself. TERRIBLE PRODUCT!
