If you are looking for an iron that consistently produces a lot of steam but will never scorch your clothes, then buy this one! I had one for about 15 years but the wires in the cord connection weakened so that it would sporadically turn off by itself. To replace it, I bought a different brand because it was cheaper and highly rated. I admit, this iron is expensive. After using the other brand several times and wishing I had my old Euro Steam, I returned it. My main complaint was it only produced steam on the hottest setting, and I wanted steam no matter what fabric I was ironing. I will never buy a different brand again! ... show more

Heat level adjusts to any fabric. It quit heating up and working after only10 months. Light comes on when you plug in but won't heat!! Second one I have had that has done this. Done with this company and their high prices! Tell me what to do. Called company and they requested my address and sales receipt. Sent it to them and never heard back from company. Asked what I should do now. No reply back from them. Please advise what I should do next. ... show more

This is my second iron, my other one was 10 yrs. old. I love the fact that it doesn't have any settings AND it doesn't burn any material. I can iron one side of jeans and the other side is ironed also. They've improved it and with everything else, it went up in price. Next improvement should be the insulate the handle so it doesn't get hot to the touch. For now, I just wrap a washcloth around it. Steam is great and does the job. If I vacation, I take my iron with me. Love, love, love it! Definitely a 5/5 for me!!!!!!! ... show more

Pros: it works great! Uses regular tap water. Can be used on literally any fabric. Steam comes out with a push of a button or continuous steam. It heats up fast. Can be used as a traditional iron or as a vertical steamer. It really works great! Cons: no window to see how much water is inside. Needs to be emptied after each use. Seems to wear out after a couple of years. It will start leaking after a couple of years and the steam escapes so it is hot to use. I would give it 5 stars except for the fact that I have had to replace it. This is my 3rd one. It really is such a good concept. I think with a little tweaking it would be consistently a 5 star product. Obviously I like it as I have purchased it 3 times in the last 15 years. I can’t be without it! ... show more

This is our second one of these. We bought the first while years ago. It is really nice and much easier on your clothes than a traditional iron. It is a bit more expensive than a traditional iron, but it is worth it. I’m sure that when this one finally quits I will buy another one.

I brought this iron based on the description of positive reviews. But also notice some negative reviews as well. I decided to add a warranty on this iron. However, I didn't even get to use the iron for a couple of years then use the insurance warranty. The EuroSteam didn't even last after my 2nd use. It is not reliable and stopped working on the third attempt at use the product. I tried trouble shooting, let the iron cool down, empty the water, then tried again. Adding the proper amount of water, plugged it in and turned the power on. The power turned on then off after a minute. It didn't get hot enough as I attempted to iron. Water leak out when pressing the steam button. The iron just cuts off early (doesn't finish heating) and does not work like the first 2 times. This needs to be returned for a full refund. It is too expensive to break before breaking on the 3 time. I definitely do not recommend. ... show more
