  • An incredible chair--seems like a $4k chair!
Color: Brown
I have had this fabulous chair for about a week and am in heaven when I am in it. I really wasn't sure what to expect, but it has exceeding my expectations---especially once I discovered the "stretch" feature and got all the settings right the way I like them. Doing the stretch with heat and the up and down with Zero Gravity is just fantastic. Every time is slowly moves to Zero Gravity I think, oh yes! Calgon take me away! haha. This is no cheap model. It looks, feels, and acts like a very expensive $4,000 chair. It has lots of roller balls that move at once in different ways and do some amazing moves that feel like a real in-person massage. The heat is very sufficient---I am someone who is always cold, and most heated things are not hot enough for me. While it is hot and you feel it, it is not too hot. The bluetooth speakers are very good and right at the right level. My evening ritual is to put on some soothing music, dim the lights in the room (or go by candle light) and do the stretch feature in the chair. Absolute heaven. Hard to get out of the chair then because it is so relaxing. So, so worth the money. The few complaints I have are minor and don't bother me--definitely not a deal-breaker. The arm compression only hits upper part of my arms (I am a 5ft 3" female), but it is fine for my husband. Also as others mentioned, the foot massager is pretty brutal, but I laid a washcloth in each foot and now it is just fine. You will NOT regret buying this. It is one of the best things I have done for myself! Delivery was delayed by one week, but set up was easy and the delivery people were very nice. ... show more

  • Very strong massage.
Color: Black
This chair is extremely comfortable. Provides a very strong massage. Heat feature is very nice as well. Good quality. Only downside is it doesn’t quite reach the shoulders on people 6’ or taller.

  • Nice chair
Color: Brown
I’m enjoying my chair and I got it for a really good price and I would give it 5 stars but there are airbags at the shoulders that is very uncomfortable for me and at times actually hurts! I wish I could turn them off or disconnect it entirely without disrupting the rest of the airbags? I need help from someone if this is possibly? Thanks ... show more

  • Quality Chair
Color: Brown
It’s a great chair. I don’t think any more expensive ones can do any better. It has some great pre-sets that you can choose from or you can go completely manual. The fabric feels like real leather and durable. It’s a great massage chair. it does have a harsh back rotation with the knobs but that’s part of the beauty of it. get through that first few days and it won’t hurt but it will feel relaxing. ... show more

  • Love it!
Color: Brown
The media could not be loaded. Bought this chair as a Fathers Day present for my Husband and he loves it! It’s perfect after a long stressful day. The only thing that would make it better was if the remote was backlit, other than that it works perfectly and assembly was super easy!

  • Decent massage chair
Color: Brown
I've had this for over a month now and here are the pros and cons as I see them. Pros - Easy to set up even though the instruction book leaves a little to be desired. Sturdy and appears to be well made. Has lots of options, both built-in and manual. The Bluetooth speakers work well and are pretty good quality. The Bluetooth is activated when the power is on to the chair and works fine. As soon as you realize that, it's easy to connect and play whatever you want through your smart phone. At first the foot roller pressure seemed quite intense, but then I realized that there is a pressure adjustment for that on the controller. The heating element works well and provides a nice warm area on the mid to lower back. Cons - The S track roller pressure seems pretty high at the mid back, but somewhat low when the rollers get up to the neck level. There is no pressure adjustment for the rollers, only for the arm and leg air pressure bags. It doesn't remember your last function choice, so each time you use it you start from scratch. But that only takes a couple of button presses so it's not a big negative. Overall it's a quite decent massage chair for the price. ... show more

  • Real assembly instructions here
Color: Brown
I’m not gonna talk about the product itself or shipping which were adequate and others have put a lot of effort into those two topics. The instructions to assemble the chair are not readable. It seems like they are translated from Chinese, using Google translate and not adequate. If you look at my pictures, I have attempted to take pictures of the areas where you’ll need to locate to attach the foot rest. It’s really just two screws that you need to unscrew and not lose the foot rest has a bar that is clamped, then you use the two tiny screws to secure the clamps, and that seems to do the trick to attach the foot rest. There are two foam covers for the bar we left ours on. I don’t know if that’s absolutely necessary, but I noticed that when I was squishing them in to attach the foot rest of the chair, one of the foam covers tore a little bit. I don’t think it’s a problem, in the back at the base is where you’ll attach the power cord and there’s a little cut out switch back there. Ours was powered on at the switch. When you power on the chair, it goes from laid-back mode into setting up mode and then at that point you can get in the chair and take it for a test drive we had it assembled for about 20 minutes and my wife hasn’t gotten out of it yet. It’ll probably take a few weeks to understand the different modes and the controllers but it’s got a nice little LCD screen that shows what’s happening and where it’s massaging the body seems like it’s worth the $1600 that we’re paying for it ... show more
