I love the look and sturdiness of this chair. Well made and a gorgeous piece of furniture. I am a bit unsure of the location of the massage feature. For me, it’s not hitting low enough (5’6”). It was easy to put together and arrived ahead of schedule.

This chair is wonderful except for a piece of particle wood,in a spot that needed solid hard wood and it broke. It's the peice under the top of the leg rest that is controlled by the remote, and the heater is broke

The media could not be loaded. I have been searching for a recliner to recover from multiple joint replacements in, so I was hoping for a comfy, cute and user friendly chair. I was nervous purchasing such a large item over the internet but I really believe I made the right choice! The fabric is soft yet durable (and not just the boring old solid color poly you see everywhere). The massage feature isn’t mindblowing but it is very nice and soothing, more of a gentle push up and down the back, the lumbar feature is also very nice. The massage feature makes some noise but it’s not terribly loud, but I could see it being distracting for some. I’m 5’7”, 180lbs and this chair is very roomy with plenty of headspace, I like that it lays completely flat for sleeping and provides space so If you need a pillow it won’t fall off. I was in touch with the company through their email and they were very responsive and answered all my questions. The chair was pretty easy to put together but I definitely needed help. A strong person could probably do it solo. The heat function is also very nice and seems to heat the whole lower back and butt area, will be great in the winter. I usually don’t leave reviews but I had wished this chair had more reviews when I purchased it! If you are looking for the perfect cozy grandma chair (in the cutest possible way), this is it! My chair also arrived 3 days before expected which was nice as well! Oh the only negative is there aren’t loops on the side to hold the remote, not a deal breaker but it would be nice. ... show more
