Very happy with the mount. Installed Samsung SD65D OLED television on bricks above fireplace. Swivel and tilt is very smooth. Fine control for leveling was easy. Materials are solid and hardware is high quality Two minor beefs: One, the anchors were not included for concrete/brick mounting. With a product of this quality and cost, I think they should have been included. Second, the installation instructions give no guidance for vertical/height installation of the mount on the wall; you’re left to deduce that yourself based on the size of your television and the geometry of the mounting holes in the back. These minor complaints are far outweighed by the positives for this product. ... show more

    • Easy to install, easily holds my 85” Sony x90l
I got this mount to hold a 85” Sony x90l tv. I actually bought another mount as well that claimed to hold more weight, when the two mounts arrived I noticed this one was built with thicker steel and weighed more, while the working load is max of 125 lbs it feels much more solid than the other name brand. I really like how the tv attaches to the mount and then you can screw the arm mounts shut to keep the tv from moving or falling off. Once my 95lb tv was on there was zero sag and we could easily pull the tv out and tilt it and then push it back in. The installation process was simple thanks to the included template.     • Excellent Wall Mount
This was my first time wall mounting a television. A few things before I get into the mount itself: 1. Follow the instructions and be confident - the mount is extremely well made and weighs a good bit. As long as you have the necessary tools and follow the steps, you will be fine. 2. It's much easier with 2 people - using the wall template is a necessity in my opinion. When it comes time to actually bolt the mount AND hold it in place, having help is strongly suggested. 3. Get a good stud finder - this was the most nerve wracking part, make sure you get one that is highly reviewed and follow the instructions to the T. Once you've found the stud, find it again and mark it again either below or above your original marks. This will help greatly in boosting your confidence. This mount is highly articulate and worth the cost. The tilt and swivel features are very important. After I got both of my TVs mounted they needed slight adjustment to be level. They made it easy. Tip: make sure both the tilt and swivel adjustments are tightened before you hang the TV on the mount. I had a mini heart attack when one of the TVs tilted forward as I was connecting cables behind it. I've read some reviews which state it is too easy or too hard to pull out and/or turn. I've experienced none of that. It is real smooth and once you have it in the position you want, it stays there. If you've been thinking about a mount, get this one. It's worth the cost and once you get it mounted and put your TV on it, you will be impressed. ... show more

The instructions are easy to follow and the thing seems really sturdy. The problem I was having is even though it’s level mounted to the wall the part where the tv attaches is kind of loose causing the tv to sag on one side. I did some adjustments and got it level to the eye but my level still says it off. If someone isn’t very handy they might not be able to get the tv level.
