I am 6’2” @ 240lbs and the chair fits me perfect. I purchased the chair for back fusion and it has performed wonderfully. I am not saying it will outperform a 10k lift chair but I would buy one anyway…. This chair at this price I don’t know what more you could ask . The finish is nice and as described , the motors allows you to get comfortable in sitting or reclining - it has made a very uncomfortable recovery more comfortable … yes there is a gap when full reclined ( I anyone else has ever felt) , the back fabrics flap is held on by Velcro (stick it back on)… I would buy again without hesitation—-remember it takes may 15minutes to install and one of the box’s needs two people ... show more

My Sister loved lift feature. Did not like it being so deep seated. She is still using a heating pad as she says the heat in chair is not hot enough. The chenille fabric is very nice and well made. Comfortable well made. Fabric is darker than dxpected .more oatmeal colored than cream that it appears in description massage function is not great but ok. follow up in march about 6 months after purchase.customer service was great attempting to trouble shoot transformer issues . they sent replacement parts but still no go..The ended up sending a new chair bottom,works perfect and they even sent a technician to install it.I am completely satisfied .cheers to irene House customer service and tech support ... show more

Update: after 6 months of practically living in this chair (after major surgery) I love it even more - and am ordering another one because everyone wants to sit in it! 🤣 While I’ve only been enjoying this chair a few hours - it was delivered today - I can say that it exceeds my expectations for comfort and functionality. It does everything that’s promised, and the heat and massage function is perfectly situated to my lumbar area, and is a wonderful addition to the comfort of this well designed and made chair. Chair was delivered extremely fast. Assembled extremely fast. There are some pros and cons. First the cons. I'm 5 ft 7 female and it says it should be able to fit 5 ft 10 people but I don't agree. I would not go above 5'7 with this chair. Otherwise half your legs hanging off the end and the legs start to droop. I'm actually considering getting another brand too cuz it's just a little short for me too but for now it'll do. I went to buy Lazy Boy and they were shipping 9 months out and that was not an option for me. I have compressed discs and I love the way this chair goes all the way down to 180°. Yes I've slept in it very comfortably. If you sit down on it and let it slowly take you back minute by minute until you're flat and then stay there for 20 minutes you'll feel an incredible stretch in your back . Lay on it it and lay flat, it will stretch your back as if you were at the chiropractor. It's a pretty awesome stretch. I like the hand cups and I'll say that the color of green I ordered is not as bright and limy as it looked in the picture it's actually more of a yellow green and I'm not super happy with it but it'll work. When you're doing things by mail order you don't have that many options. Just went through hurricane Ian and the chair stuck in the position it was in when the power went out. Something to think about in an emergency case for immobile people. I wish the pillow came down on your neck a little lower or was more adjustable. The pros are that it's comfortable, remote control is easy to read and attached to the chair, and it looks good in my room. It's a good chair for a year or two probably I would not consider it a 20-year chair or anything. I like it and it works for me now. ... show more

We wish we had found this chair sooner! My mother loved this chair and it helped us as caregivers! The chair has many wonderful options and infinite positioning selections which we found extremely valuable to help alleviate pressure points. The fabric was durable and soft. The seat cushion was the optimal firmness between comfortably soft, yet firm enough to allow for her to exit the chair without struggling to get out of it. Since the chair goes from a full supine position to a full straight up back position it is perfect for activities from sleeping to eating. Highly recommend! ... show more

    • Very rocky beginning.
FedEx delivery sucked. Two heavy boxes were dumped in our driveway blocking my garage. The driver looked right at me waving as he drove off. As far as comfort goes it is taking a little getting used to. Now the positive side you can actually talk to a person at the company headquarters in the Us even if he might stretch the truth. I was told that many of the parts were made in China then assembled here at their facility. This thing came crated directly from China. The German designed all steel frame looks and acts very impressive considering it is replacing a $2500 wood frame tired Lazy Boy. I have a $5,000 duel leather top of the line power chair that came in my motor home that does not operate any smother than this thing. On day one I hated this thing and felt stupid for buying it sight unseen. Day two I have finally found a comfortable setting and am warming up to this big green glob. ... show more
