The headboard is on the short side compared to the pictures but not bad, I’m 5’3 and it comes to the middle of my head when sitting. The wood slats are not made of quality wood (the wood you see on crates but very thin) so I suggest going to your local hardware and having them cut you a set of new ones it’s affordable and makes the bed sturdy. It took me and one other person to put this together in an hour. The instructions are easy to follow and the bed itself is sturdy. It doesn't creak when getting on it either. Cleaning it is easy with a hand held vacuum for dust.
