Small yet sturdy, incredibly easy to clean everything (exactly what I wanted with 4 small children) comfortably fits 6 people, overall a good price for a table I expect to last around 5 years. It took less than an hour for my husband and I to put together, it’s very sturdy and is perfect for our baby’s seat. I was only disappointed in some of the chips on the side of the table and dents to a few pieces.

I purchased the set with two benches and two stools. We wanted something for our dining room while we looked for a formal dining set. This table is good enough for that, but is likely to graduate to a sewing table once we are able to replace it. The table was easy to put together. Unlike other reviews, I did not have any trouble with the parts aligning for assembly. I only needed help flipping the table right side up once everything was assembled. Both the table and seats feel sturdy. I did not have any trouble with the hardware. The leaf mechanism works well. However, I do not think 8 people could fit at this table. It is very narrow. If people are eating at the table, there won’t be much room for anything other than their plates. As other reviews said, the wood grain doesn’t match on the top of the table. My partner is taller than me and he found the stools to be an odd size, making it uncomfortable to sit on. I will probably make cushions for the seats. ... show more

We bought this table because we have a compact space in our dining area, and a medium sized family. We've got 3 kids- aged 12, 12, and 3. This table is amazing. It arrived beautifully packaged, has a tough table top, and the benches are wide enough to fit a bigger bottom, but small enough to sit nicely under the table. The leaf is sturdy and has a fantastic fit. It only took my husband and me 30 minutes to put together, and it's rock solid. The little corner protectors so that when our 3 year old is zooming around, he doesn't end up with bumps from the corners. It looks exactly like the picture. Product was an easy setup and had great instructions. It's very sturdy, however needs cushions to go with it because the benches are not that comfortable. Other than that I would highly recommend.
