The case has a rotating design which makes it useful for sharing what you have on the screen, you can use it as a tablet, there is a leather loop on the side of the case for your iPencil. I don’t know how to function on my ipad without a keyboard and this case was just the best. It closes up tightly and my ipad feels secure and protected. The only thing I wish it had was a way to hold the screen vertical as well as horizontal, but thus far, I haven’t seen anything as compact and efficient that would accomplish that. My solution is just to stay away from vertical screen apps! (Sorry, I’m sure I’m not using the right computer terms for that.) ... show more

Make sure you keep the directions or just accept that you will have to take some time to figure out how to "turn this on" "turn that off" etc. But I was able to charge the keyboard, put the iPad in and go to work ASAP. If FEELS kind of flimsy at first and i am glad I purchased the protection just in case. I had to switch from Belkin because they quit making the one i bought in 2019 and I think this is much sturdier during presentations: once you open up the screen it stays place very well and swivel is great and feels sturdy. Was hesitant on this purchase as my $125 iPad died after 5 year. Pricing on this was way less. Not any 5s yet as I have not had it very long. Key to battery life is to turn it off when not in use

I like how the top rotates so that you have different positions to use IPad in including the ability to hide the keyboard. I like how you can turn the lights on or off on the keyboard. It is too heavy so be careful using the keyboard with the top tilted backwards…It will fall.
