The case itself is lovely. The keyboard battery life seems good (I only got to charge it once and have been avoided using it to save the battery for more important things, and so far it hasn’t died on me.) The charging cable connected however will snap off at the slightest movement, which is terribly inconvenient if you’re bringing the charger with you in a crowded bag. Of course, a broken cable is easy enough to solve by just buying a new one. HOWEVER all the seller replies in the questions portion indicate that the cable is a micro usb. I purchased one and can confirm it is NOT a micro usb. Perhaps it used to be on earlier made keyboards but it appears to be a usb c, which means I’ll have to purchase yet another one to try because there is no clarity on the product page either as to what sort of cable it is other than ‘usb.’ Again, the case itself isn’t bad at all, and the keyboard seems nice too. But you’d expect to be able to use the keyboard for longer without having to go hunting for a new cable immediately after purchasing at this price point. ... show more

I recently bought (shipped) an Ipad Air 5th generation for nursing school. Overall, the case is affordable, it has a bluetooth keyboard which is rechargeable and fits magnetically on the case. The case isn't meant for a big shock but if you are safe with your electronics, it's great. My ONLY complaint....I don't understand why the apple pen holder for my generation 2 pen is located on the side of the Ipad that doesn't charge. I think this was made prior to the updated feature and the manufacturer or the seller has noted it as a GEN 5 compatible without clarifying this issue. I was responsible on buying it based on my research, however I still either missed or was mislead to believe that you could charge from this site. It does have room to close the case with the pen magnetically charging but it's not secure and could fall off. ... show more

This combo was a perfect purchase for someone who relies on their ipad heavily. I didn't want to carry my laptop everywhere, and this setup was perfect. I've even left the keyboard alone for months and came back to use it with no issues. There was still charge left in the keyboard and I was able to get straight back to work without having to troubleshoot any issues. Would definitely recommend this keyboard/case combo! Side note, the keyboard might be a little harder for someone with bigger hands to use. ... show more

Battery has done well. Case has held well against getting scratched. I don’t love that the keyboard can be taken off. It always falls when I’m trying to close it up but if your looking for one you can remove it would be good. Fits my I pad air 5th gen like a glove!
