  • A perfect little Barbie pool!
Size: Rectangle
Update on maintenance: okay so after more time with this pool I’ve found that what works best for me is keeping about 3 or 4 one inch chlorine tablets in the floater (they’ve been dissolving rather quickly during the current heatwave so I’ve been having to replace them about every 4-5 days), but that keeps it at about 5-7 ppm. If my ph and alkalinity is low I will pour in about a 1/4 cup of baking soda and it brings the levels back up to where they need to be, but since I’m running out of baking soda (I had a one pound bag leftover from making bath bombs that I was using) I went ahead and purchased the arm and hammer clear balance tablets, but I have yet to see if they’re too big for my pool so will re-update once I start using that. As far as the intex c330 pump I use…it works wonderfully and I love it, but with the amount of suntan oil, sunscreen, and sun care products I use when laying out - even if I rinse off before getting in the pool, I find that the filter cartridge needs replacing rather quickly. I was initially going to purchase a pack of replacement filter cartridges, but I looked up a way to clean the cartridge instead of replacing it and found a really good filter cleaner spray from Lowe’s for $10 as well as a pack of 4 skimmer socks for $5 (I roll the skimmer socks down a few times then place them over the filter baskets where the filter pulls water from the pool). Once a week I use the spray the clean out the filter cartridge and about twice a week I replace the skimmer socks and rotate two at a time and just throw them in with a load of laundry or use the filter cleaner on them. Will add pics of filter set up next time I clean out my filter cartridge. If you’ve been wanting a little pool to cool off in this summer - this is your sign to get one! I absolutely adore this little pool. I wanted something I could float around and tan in and this is exactly what I was looking for. It’s the perfect size for my yard, and it’s giving major Barbie vibes! I was debating on this or something bigger, but I didn’t want anything that would take up a lot of room in the yard because my dogs need their space to run and play fetch, so this one was the best choice for me. The fact that it’s pink was a big plus for me as well lol. The frame is super sturdy, the lining feels nice and thick, and the setup was super easy and quite quick with two people, but it’s worth mentioning that someone could easily set this up on their own if they needed to. I’ve been using it everyday and have been maintaining the water with a $50 Bestway Flowclear pool accessories set, 1 inch chlorine tablets (I’ve been putting 3 in the chlorine floater with about a cup of baking soda and the levels have been where they need to be), and I also hooked up a small $50 intex C330 Krystal Clear cartridge filter pump that I’ve been running for 2 hours every morning. I didn’t get a cover for it because I don’t mind skimming it every morning while the filter runs. My golden is quite the water baby and has been enjoying the pool as well :) we seriously never leave the backyard now, all we do is grill burgers, play fetch, and play in the pool (and it is lovely). Will update if I run into any issues or have any concerns, but other than that I’m just so excited to have my very own barbecue pool day this 4th of July! ... show more

  • Took me out of my depression!
Size: Rectangle
I became an empty nester, hence I needed a new place to live and found a much smaller home, with a somewhat decent backyard. At first I hated this place, and I knew I needed to make it pretty and with the colors I like. I knew I wanted a pool somewhat affordable and not too big since I do work two jobs. My kids grew up on Intex pools until we moved into our house and build one. My depression was getting so bad that my therapist suggested that I start working out and enjoying the things I love the most whitch is gardening and the water. Got a smaller blue Intex pool which is just as good but it was too small and then I said to myself you only live once get this pink pool since it is your favorite color. And I did. And I also waited to review it months after I've been using it almost every day after work. It was so easy to set up! At age 60, I didn't think I would be able to so I called my sister up and we both did it and within 30 minutes it was completely set up and I just stuck the water hose in it and wait till the magic was done! Like I said I've had Intex pools before.. maybe this is the 15th one? I need to mention that I am 4 ft 11 in and through my depression I had gained and shut up all the way to 181 lb. Using this everyday I am down to 137 and super tanned and so happy that I decided to just plop down the money for this beauty! It definitely changed my life and then decorating it with beautiful plants and flowers has made me one heck of a happy woman. Update! It's the only thing that survive Hurricane Milton ... sad that I lost all my plans but I have rebuilt since then but this pool survived 120 gusts of winds. And I'm talking sustained winds! And intense flooding. ... show more

  • Cute and good quality!
Size: Round
Great little pool. This is perfect for me and my wife to have a couple evening bevs and chill after a long day. Seems to be great quality, will update as time goes on if issues arrise. I’d say we could have another couple over and it wouldn’t be “uncomfortable” to have all 4 adults lean back and chill. I don’t think this is much of a swimming pool but you could def use it for exercises or PT. Used 1/2 inch foam pieces as the base and it was worth every penny. They feel great under your feet in the pool and you are protecting your investment from a puncture. Don’t cheap out and get flimsy thin ones. Saving 30 bucks can cost you a poke through your pool then it’s game over. When filling it up let some water get in 4 inches or so and then pull the legs out, they need to be that way to support the weight of the pool and will lean in initially without the weight of the water to hold them. ... show more

  • Thumbs Up
Size: Rectangle
Great little pool to help beat this Texas heat! Set up was easy, lining seems to be a good quality. My 5yr old loves it! Nice size for two adults to just sit and relax in. Only con is it doesn’t come with a pump, so I purchased separately. So far it’s easy to keep clean. Overall I think it’s worth the price. ... show more

  • Perfect size for all backyard
Size: Rectangle
I'm obsessed with this pool. I live in a Philadelphia rowhome and it's been a dream of mine to have a small pool. This is perfect. 2 adults can float. I bought a pump/filter and and run it for a few hours a day. I also have a small chlorine dispenser with small chlorine tablets. I have a net to keep the surface clean. Takes very little time. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because the set up sucks and the directions are confusing.. ... show more

  • Good Quality for the Money
Size: Round
A nice little pool. I like it better than the smaller "dipping pool" I had. This one's big enough to accommodate a floating chair. Thought it might be difficult to assemble or disassemble by myself, but managed both. Do consider what you'll need to get in & out. I wound up buying a ladder.
