I get a kick out of reading some of these reviews. This is a SMALL machine, it does NOT include a dryer. It is perfect for what it claims to do and does it well. Do not stuff the washer side, 2 pair of adult jeans OR 4 t-shirts OR 10 pair of underwear would max out the capacity. 1 pair of jeans OR 2 t-shirts OR 4 pair of underwear would max our capacity of spin side. 3 minutes of washing is plenty. A minute of draining and then refill for 3 minutes in a rinse cycle. Wring out remaining water and place in spinner for a minute. I've never had anything not dry overnight and be spotless clean following these times. Bought for my rv trailer and suits my needs perfectly. Update 9/15/24 Coming to the close of our camping season and as happy with this machine as the day I recieved it. I have no doubt it will get me through at least several more seasons. For the price, I may just buy a second to keep around just in case. It sure beats cost and ewww factor of public laundry!! ... show more

    • Works great for small loads

We live in an RV and this works great! We put in a pair of slacks or lightweight jeans, 2 shirts and 2 days worth of undergarments per load. You could put a little more in but the spin drier is super small so we keep the wash loads light. The spin drier pulls out an amazing amount of water, so things air dry quickly. We do 2 or 3 spin dries at 4 minutes each for the above loads. It's very quiet if you are careful to load it evenly. It will go out of balance and be very loud if you aren't careful. We put a 5 gallon bucket in the shower with it so we can drain into that instead of filling our tanks. The pump pulls almost all the water out and up into the bucket but we do lay the hose on the shower floor to drain dry. We do laundry every other fay so we don't build up a pile 🙂 we do have to take our sheets to the laundromat still. ... show more

    • Works Great After A Swap Out
OK, talk about an adventure... The first version of this I was sent did not work. However, this company's customer service department was great and after I sent them a video of the issue with a message they sent me a new washer. The re-shipment was just as fast as the original. (Sometimes companies can drag out the process.) All in all their support team was wonderful and has more than made up for the issues I had to start. Now about the product itself. The washer works very well and does everything it claims to do. I love that I can fill with water and allow items to soak before running the wash cycle. Which is wonderful for stained things you want to soak in a pre-treatment setup you prefer. (I cook a lot so I often times will soak things in oxy-clean before washing.) You can fill up the machine in 2 ways. The first being to use the hose that's included. I do not use this method because the hose does not securely connect to any of my sinks. So you have to hold it while it fills up. Which is slow and you might need a glove if you are using very hot water. Also, I wouldn't leave this alone to fill while you do something else. As far as I can tell there is not sensor to shut off the water intake automatic. So it could overflow if you aren't watching. The the fill hose is cheaply made and 4 feet long. So I would go ahead and invest in a better hose right away if you plan to use this for long term. (I did ask their support team about getting a better hose and they did provide me with a link to one they think will work.) The hose also does not connect very securely. Meaning that it can be knocked off pretty easily or split from being connected and disconnected often. The other fill method is to use a bucket and the bathroom tap. Depending on the bucket size this is by far faster. The draining works well and you can flush the machine out by adding water using a bucket while draining. (I do this to ensure that as much used water is out as can before adding clean water for rinsing.) The drying spinner is pretty good, but it is only secured at the base. So, if over fill with heavy items it could start banging around and potentially damage the washer over time. However, it works very well when balanced. (just make sure to have the drain hose setup to drain where you wish.) All in all this isn't a bad portable washer for the price and it's not heavy to pickup at all. Note: I gave a 4 star rating because of the hoses being cheaply made, a bit short and the lack of secure connections options included. ... show more

    • BUYER BEWARE -Update Seller Refunded
Do not buy this. The spinner doesn't work and stopped working right after the refund window closed. The seller was unhelpful in a way to that seems deliberately obtuse and ignored me saying multiple times that Amazon doesn't allow people to send videos more than 10mb over the attachment function when talking to the seller. This means my videos of the spin drum not working (like any high definition video the size of which typically exceeds 10mb even just for a few seconds) would not be attached because of Amazon's limitations and the seller provided no alternative way such as a direct email I could use or other means by which to send a large video file. I was frustrated and the seller even lied about providing instructions on how to send the video even though I could read their last messages and see they never did anything but repeat for me to try what did not work over and over. I am dissatisfied and disappointed. The washer does work and gets clothes clean. I recommend people choose a more reputable seller that is more fair and has a decent return policy. ... show more
