I purchased a 14 inch Deegari mattress on 4/6/2024, When I set it up with a 72 hour wait , it had only inflated to 12 inches, still another 24 hr. wait it was still at 12 inches. i contacted AMAZON and explained everything They were very understanding, ask me to send pictures of the mattress with texts {which I did} and they responded right away, I did not want to return the mattress,. they offered me a solution that I was happy with. I'm very picky with my mattresses. I have a bad back and this mattress has been wonderful! The medium firm and cooling technology makes sleeping so perfect. I can't even feel my dog on the other side of the mattress.

Was skeptical at 1rst. I mean, it's rolled up in a box. After sleeping on it for 1 week, I truly like it. My back did have a small adjustment period. I have scoliosis, S1 herniated disc w/nerve impingement, & I'm a Physical Therapist - oh the irony! I do recommend this for those who need SUPPORT. The worse mattress for your back is an all memory foam mattress. It offers no support whatsoever = very bad for your back. I love that this is a "hybrid" though I wouldn't truly call it that. There's just a THIN layer of memory foam in it, which I'm very happy about. And I hope that "trend" of getting memory foam mattresses is a thing of the past. ... show more

The picture of the layering is misleading. "Layer "#6 which says SUPPORT FOAM is actually a picture of the WHOLE MATRESS! So #6 isn't support foam !Layer #5 is NOT INDIVIDUALLY WRAPPED COIL SPRINGS! Just old style regular mattress springs! That's the base!!! Old style springs! Mattress sagged and I'm only 155 lbs 5' 11". Total sneaky misleading picture and wording! I wrapped it up in new blue tarps and sent it back. Waiting 3 weeks for a return. Amazon stinks badly!! Thanks a bunch JEFF!! ... show more

I am updating my review - Although the mattress was not what I expected, my husband likes it. Not everyone has the same experience. I will say I don’t have any bodily discomfort while sleeping or waking up and I sleep well. But as stated below, just hard to navigate :). So I am upgrading to 3 stars. Original Review I thought that the bed would be firm. It wasn’t. I don’t like it when you sit in the edge of the bed and it sinks. It makes it difficult to sit on the edge and put on shoes.
