My compounding pharmacist recommended a high dose of fish oil for my high cholesterol. I'm trying to avoid statins. She suggested the Integrative Therapeutics brand because of the quality. I had high blood pressure. Since taking this fish oil I no longer take a small dose of blood pressure medication with blood pressures within normal limits. My cholesterol is also significantly improved and off the statins.

Reliable source of fish oil without the fish oil taste. These capsules are large, but I have never had an issue with swallowing them. I also like that they do not stick together.
